Great spot in Athens
Pros: The balcony, central location and cozyness of the apartment, the communication with the host. I also liked that we could drop off our suitcase before check in time.
Cons: The bed was a bit crooked. We had to manually turn on the hot water heater half an hour before wanting to shower.

We stayed for a relax weekend holiday as a couple.
Pros: Very comfortable bed, well enough for a few days stay, very clean and tidy house, a nice balcony. We loved the place !

Over all very good.
Pros: Great location. We accidently broke a lamp, and the owner said it was ok, which was nice.
Cons: The balcony was not clean, but it was too cold in April to use it either way. One of the shower heads could use an upgrade (there were two options)

Great location, good value for money, a clean and modern apartment. John the host was great.
Pros: John the host was excellent from the get go, communicating over booking.com messaging and then whatsapp when we arrived. He arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport who was also very friendly and helpful. John provided crystal clear instructions how to enter the flat and was on hand if i had any questions which I didn't. The property was spotless, modern and the perfect size for our stay. The bedroom is a little small but this is by no means an issue, just a comment. We didn't spend much time in the apartment as Athens has so much going on. The living space and bathroom are a really good size. All in all it was a great stay, we were very happy with our choice and the property is in a nice area, a 10minute walk to the north west perimeter of the acropolis, and 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Athens.
Cons: nothing really.

Pros: Great place, far from crowds and tourists, quiet neighborhood.
Cons: Strange thing happened when we arrived... Our room expected to be ready at 3pm, we arrived at that time, needed to call the owner, because he didn't provide any details how to get in. When we stepped in to the room we noticed that room is not clean and there was some stuff left from previous guest, so we called the owner again. The thing was that the room was not cleaned yet and we waited another hour for our room to be ready. Besides that everything was great.

Possibly the best part of Athens to stay in, for both the main attractions and local culture
Pros: Ideal location - just away from the crowds but virtually at the foot of the Acropolis, with some of Athens most beautiful bars and cafes literally around the corner. Classy neighbourhood, fabulous apartment, very quiet at night so super restful!

Great.
Pros: It's a great place, quiet, staying more among the locals, meanwhile, you have good cafes and bars, the metro is near and you can get everywhere on foot. The apartment is roomy and in very good condition. I appreciate the wonderful shampoo and slippers that were provided.
Cons: The TV remote was nowhere to be found. Did we need it? Probably not :)

Fully equipped house
Pros: The apartment is like fully equipped home. I’m happy to see the capsule coffee machine and coffee ☺️It is also close to the touristic attractions. But I think the best thing about the apartment is the spacious balcony.
Cons: If I am to talk about anything negative, I would say the dusty shelfs in the cupboard, broken cupboard door and the bed sheets constantly were coming off when you were sleeping. I didnt’t enjoy to feel the bed’s surface on my skin while sleeping. I didn’f feel hygienic. There was no matttres protector or anything.

Pros: Clean flat on the ground floor of an appartement building with rooms facing a backyard. Like others before already mentioned the flat was bare without soap, a kitchen not equipped for a longer stay and the need to turn on the water heater 30 min before expecting hot water. The building is located in a safe, non tourist area of Athens. You get what you paid for.
Cons: Contrary to other reviewers my check in was not smooth. I wished I had all necessary informations before I left home and had not to request them piecemeal standing in front the house. I will not return. There are a lot of properties in Athens to choose from.
