So Athens - Stylish 2 bedroom flat

Excellent location in a large comfortable well appointed flat.

Pros: Great location, in a residential area a few minutes walk from many cafes, restaurants and shops as well as close to metro and buses. And very close to scenic areas beneath the Acropolis without being in an overly touristy crowded area. Spacious flat, large comfortable beds with cotton bedlinen, good selection of appliances including a kettle and toaster. Large terrace - a real suntrap. Lift to 3rd floor tiny but worked really well; very helpful with managing luggage and shopping.

Cons: It would have been nice to have some comfortable chairs on the terrace to sit in the evenings, rather than just table and upright chairs. The shower was handheld - I think the support must have broken and not yet been fixed.

Pros: Everything is perfect. Good location and neighborhood, near center city and metro. Very cozy and clean apartment. Great bed.

Pros: This location was in the heart of Athens. 15-20 minute walk from Plaka..Monastiraki and the Acropolis and Museum. If you prefer to take a taxi all mentioned locations are 5-10 minutes away for a 5-10 EURO fare. Coffee and breakfast locations around the block. Elevator is a bonus. The apartment was clean and perfect for a family of 4 for the 4 days we were in Athens.

Cons: Lack of parking for rental car but it's like that everywhere in the core.

Ideal home for your Athens stay

Pros: Perfect location, safe area for a solo woman, apartment was secure and clean. Came with all the utensils needed to be self sufficient. The elevator was very very handy when bringing in your suitcase.

Pros: De locatie was top, vlakbij de metro. Rustige straat en vlakbij een supermarkt, bakkerij en koffiecorner.

Pros: La ubicación- en pleno centro de Atenas, muy cerca de zonas de ocio, de restaurantes y de compras. El anfitrión - nos dio indicaciones muy precisas para acceder al apartamento, contestaba enseguida a nuestras preguntas y, además, nos permitió dejar nuestro equipaje en el apartamento todo el día ya que el avión salía por la noche, por lo que pudimos disfrutar de un día más por Atenas sin ir cargados con las maletas.

Pros: The apartment was really big, comfortable for us three. It has a kitchen, washing machine and a big terrace. Manolis was really helpful.

Cons: The street at night was quite dark.
