Cozy quiet apartment in a lovely area

Pros: Great location, very quiet, easy access (clear instructions from the host), clean and it has everything needed.

Cons: Not much to mention.

Brilliant location in the heart of Kolinaki

Pros: Brilliant location with lovely restaurants and cafes right at the door step. We felt like locals as there were not many tourists in the immediate area which was great. Easy access to busses and Metro. Roughly a 30min stroll to the Acropolis which was perfect. Clean and quiet 1 bedroom air-conditioned apartment on the 3rd floor with a large terrace. Coffee pods and a big bottle of water in the fridge was a nice welcome. Nikos the owner was very accommodating and helpful with easy to follow instructions for finding our way there. Good value for money for the location. Loved the old school lift and retro entrance area. So yes, It is quite an old building.

Perfect for two in central Athens

Pros: It's an excellent location, close to most sites and we could walk. So many cafes and bars, supermarkets just a few steps away. Kitchen is very functional and overall flat is comfortable and roomy.

Cons: The flat is great for 2 people, but the sofa bed for my 17 year old son was not very comfortable at all (very uneven). Suggest you upgrade the sofa bed or only advertise for 2 people.

Very convenient

Pros: The location is perfect and the room was very clean! There was an issue with the the lockbox for the keys but the owner was very helpful throughout the stay.

Cons: The water is only hot for a few minutes allowing only one person to get a shower which means you need to wait for some time before another person takes a shower.

Pros: The property had a very large balcony which was great for seating, dining and working. Especially nice because the interior doesn't get much light. The location in Kolonaki is superb. I think Kolonaki is the best location in all of Athens. It's easy to get to tourist attractions, restaurants, public transportation--anything you need. The host was very kind in allowing me to meet up with the housekeeper to keep my bag prior to checkin.

Cons: This is an older style Greek apartment and could really use some updates/modernization: lighting, changing out the cupboards, etc. The apartment was very clean, but due to the needed upgrades and lack of natural light, it appears a bit dingy. As noted in previous reviews, the shower head attachment in the shower stall wall is broken and needs to be fixed. Also as noted in previous reviews, the elevator is very temperamental. The owner/manager was always quick to respond and to try and get repair people there, but several times during the day (I was there for 2 days) it went out. It was a bit scary as I was afraid to use it since I didn't want to get stuck inside.

Lovely apartment and area

Pros: Easy check-in and out, a beautiful, classy neighborhood, lively but very quiet at night, close to all the important sites and museums, very pleasant and clean building and apartment-with all the appliances you need, plus all the tv channels you can think of (which in my travels was quite rare), Nikos was a great host, very helpful and prompt, I’m planning to return, hopefully asap!😁

it was amazing, calm and peaceful

Pros: the location is perfect the neighborhood is quite. the flat31 owner very friendly and responsive to all my questions and doubts. i will certainly book again in my next visit to Athens.

Cons: minor maintenance needed in the flat such as the bathroom door handle, the shower head, and elevator was not working in the building for couple of days.

An oasis in Kolonaki

Pros: We stayed in the apartment during the recent Athens heatwave and it was an oasis from the heat. The apartment is a good size and very comfortable. The air conditioning was good and was really appreciated for when we stayed. The TV and all of the streaming channels were fantastic. The location is great, very central to loads of shops, restaurants and cafes. It is only a short walk in to Athens central too. The WIFI was good and fast. The balcony would have been good to use but it was too hot when we were there.

Cons: There are many small repairs that are required in the apartment and I left a note for the host when I left- hopefully he will make them quickly. The air conditioning is only in the lounge room and a fan or ceiling fan, for the bedroom, would be good.

Pros: Perfect location. Host is very helpful. The apartment is very nice and clean with all needed facilities

Nice place for some nights in Athens

Pros: The appartement is situated 5 minutes away from Syntagma square and 15 minutes from Akropolis by foot. You can reach all the famous attractions of Athens on your feet. Bus stop x95 is 5 minutes away. The flat is fully equipped with all the thigs you need, even with a big balcony for having the sundowner drink. The neighborhood is very silent, it does not feel like staying in the middle of Athens. A lot of restaurants and shops are very close to the appartement.

Cons: There was nothing to complain about
