Best location, excellent host

Pros: Amazing location, right in the heart of Plaka yet it’s relatively quiet and peaceful. It’s a small, older apartment but it is clean and comfortable and has a wonderful extra large balcony perfect to sit and watch the sunset or the twinkling lights at night. Manolis is a fantastic host, very responsive and very helpful. I am very grateful he let us use his phone to help us work our flight issues.

Cons: This is not the fault of the apartment but we didn’t like having to put toilet paper into the bin - this is a problem of many of the older buildings throughout Greece. Otherwise, it was good.

Pros: We enjoyed very much having our home cooked meals on the large terrace with great city views of Athens. We also really enjoyed the location, with grocerey store at the front enterance, and the very close proximity to cafes and good shopping streets. Especially the traditional greek coffee house only 50m away.

Cons: The furnishings and kitchen fairly dated, but ok.

Pros: Great value for the money. Excellent location in Plaka. So handy to the major attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Cons: The appartment is a bit tired and could do with some maintenance.

Perfect location for restaurants and shopping, self checkin perfect!

Pros: The property is very spacious with a large balcony, perfect for dining and sunbathing. The air conditioning is superb and makes very little noise. Excellent location with a super market on your door step and only minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. The host was brilliant , allowing us early entry as we had been travelling for a long time and needed rest. The self checkin is very easy.

Cons: The elevator was not working on the third day, we were only on the second floor, but were more concerned about the noise we would make when leaving at 5.00 in the morning time.

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Plaka with great views, yet quiet and peaceful. Excellent huge balcony. The owner was very helpful. It is basic but that's what you expect for such a good price.

Pros: Nice flat in a good location - easy walk to main sights and transport: and a great terrace with view of Acropolis. Manolis, the host, was also great: good information for arrival and he responded really quickly when we had questions.

Cons: It's a little dated and has some quirks, including the hot water system, but we had a great stay.

Excellent property with a helpful host in close proximity to major sight-seeing points.

Pros: Excellent Host. Answered all queries and provided helpful tips. Excellent Location. Walking distance to Acropolis and key locations in Plaka. Good sized and well-equipped Property, which is very secure and with a huge Balcony.

Cons: The view of the Acropolis from the Balcony is constricted. But this does not matter much given the location of the Property. Also, the size of the Balcony with the amenities provided outweigh the view from it.

Pros: Very cosy! The manager very hospitable and responsive!

Pros: great location and spacious flat amazing terrace with very nice view and great host!

Cons: Little bit old, badly maintained furniture, and some cleaning issues. Some new pillows would be appreciated. BUT for the price and the previous comments I read about it, I knew where I was going, so no disappointment from my side. It was perfect value for money.
