Maria's Garden

Pros: Location near to the beach, marina, restaurants, coffee shops, and a gorgeous bakery. Supermarket is 4 minutes walk. Near to the tram stop for easy access into Athens centre or to travel further down the coast. Morning walk was along the promenade next to the sea. Flat was well equipped, and just the right size for the two of us. And Maria is a lovely host.

clean and quiet apartment on the beachfront with perfect transport link, host is very accommodating

Pros: The apartment is right on the beachfront , 5 mins walk from the nearest beach (flisvos). we preferred mpati beach 15 mins walk away as it was more sandy. 1 direct bus from and to the airport (x96) , direct buses to the city centre (550 and some others ) with the bus stops 2-5 mins walk away. The place looks as if recently refurbished, complete in traditional greek white, my son called it \

Cons: The apartment provided most things for safe catering, the one thing we missed the most a frying pan, but we ended up buying a small one from Lidl for 4 euros

An amazing accomodation for people Who aren't looking for big spaces

Pros: We liked everything: location, price, facilities in and out of the apartment, the lady was kind and caring.

Cons: There isn't anything that is worth mentioning regarding the things we didn't like.

Pros: Pani Maria jest prawdziwą damą obdarzona urokiem osobistym oraz prawdziwą grecką gościnnością. Apartament całkowicie nowy i świetnie wyposażony (nie brak takich podstawowych rzeczy gdzie indziej czasem niedostępnych jak papier toaletowy czy worki na śmieci - niby drobiazg ale brak potrafi uprzykrzyć życie). Kontakt perfekcja. W odległości max kilkudziesięciu metrów można znaleźć bezpłatny parking obok jest sklepik i ciastkarnia, trochę dalej duży supermarket. Do przystanku tramwaju ok 100 m skąd po przesiadce do metra prosto do centrum Aten w 40 minut. Idealnie!

Excellent home for short or a long term stay.

Pros: The location of the property was perfect . Palio Faliro is excellent neighborhood. It’s highly recommended as a good investment with high quality properties Many foreigners have properties there for investment, because it is a tourist destination. it’s a straight line from the port that ships take you to the islands and Venizelous iternational Airport. Maria, the home owner is an excellent host very friendly and welcoming. She’s not only socially decent as a person but very well spoken and highly educated if you speak and understand Greek. She treated me to dinner and spent time with me because she knew i was alone. As for the apartment itself it is clean cozy and it has all the necessities one needs for their stay. “By the way it is walking distance to Flivos Marina, restaurants and parks.

Cons: The way I planned my stay should’ve been better. I did the mistake to cancel the one week that i had booked and rebookfor just three days. Then when I had changed my mind i went to rebook the apartment was already taken. This was my mistake.
