Lovely seaside apartment next to Starbucks opposite the beach park of Flisvos

Excellent accommodation in fantastic location right above Flisvos Park (children's paradise)

Pros: Lovely, clean, beautiful interior. Fully equipped with all we needed. Helpful and kind host, immediate reply to your questions. Fantastic location right above Flisvos Park (kids park and more) Starbucks and Masoutis super market, right beside the apartment. Overall excellent experience!! Will be back soon 😊

Great location with street parking available and easy access.

Pros: The code for the keys were provided on the day of arrival only, around 12. Easy access to the property. The response was very quick when we asked a question. The place is fully equiped with everything you need including nespresso pods. Short walk across the road to the beach, restaurants and bakery with a supermarket also within walking distance. 30 mins drive into the city centre. Tram stop across the road.

Great value for money and great hosts

Pros: Very close to the Marina and many coffee shops. The apartment was also very cozy and felt like a home away from home.

Pros: Excellent location very close to the beach and a 20 minute bus ride from Athens city.

Cons: I gave this property a nine only because of the noise from a very busy road. Everything else was excellent.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the location was ideal, the apartment was equipped with everything you could need. Tastefully decorated which made it relaxing comfortable

Cons: There was nothing negative about the property

Had an excellent stay but wish owners were better at answering calls.

Pros: This property is gorgeous & close to the beach. It’s so quiet and perfect if you want to get some work done.

Cons: I struggled with the check in process (finding the apartment & the keys) and owners didn’t pick up my calls. I called until my phone died!

We enjoyed the location and found the apartment comfortable and convenient for Athens

Pros: We found the apartment very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Public transport was very easy to use, ( once we found how to get tickets) and took less than 25 mins to get to the centre of Athens.

Cons: The apartment didn't have a number on the door, found the right door in the end but could have been easier with an apartment number in the instructions and on the door. Also the I parked the car in the garage on the right hand side along the wall as I came down the ramp as instructed. Someone left a long note in Greek on the car so I assume I parked in the wrong space and upset someone. A diagram of the garage with the correct parking space marked would have saved any confusion. We purchased Athena public transport tickets from the Coral Hotel, it might be worth adding this to your site information. We enjoyed our stay, Thanks Derek
