Excellent apartment

Pros: Modern and cozy apartment with big and nice furnished balcony. With 2 nice bedrooms. Also everything in the apartment is brand new. The location is perfect. Nearby the Flisvos Marina, kids playground, supermarket and bakery. Across the street is the tram stop, from where you can go explore the city. We really had a great stay there and we will come back for sure.

Definitely recommend staying here

Pros: I really liked this apartment. Very close to the beach and park with huge playground. Very quiet. Kitchen is well equipped; there was everything we needed for a few weeks stay. Especially appreciated highchair for our toddler. Next time I'm in Athens I am staying here again.

Cons: The only downside is there's almost no sun comes into the windows. But in summer it's a huge plus.

Pros: Расположение апартаментов очень удобное- с одной стороны вся инфраструктура рядом, с другой стороны дом утоплен от шумной дороги, поэтому оставаться в апартаментах максимально комфортно. Квартира после недавнего ремонта, все новое и удобное. Хозяин был очень приветлив и решал все вопросы по дому максимально быстро (даже установил посудомоечную машину, хотя ее не было изначально заявлено)
