Stylish Luxury Apartment near Acropolis at Neos Kosmos metro station

A very clean and conveniently located apartment, perfect for exploring the city!

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the Neos Kosmos metro station and within walking distance of the Acropolis and Koukaki. Despite being in such a central spot, the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment was spotless and the self check-in process was seamless and easy, which we really appreciated since we booked at the last minute!

Cons: Finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging, though this is expected for such a central location in Athens. Also, a small note for future guests: the apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but it’s good to know if you have heavy luggage.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home. The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. We also worked from home during our stay and the internet was excellent. Parking the car right in front of the house was very convenient, especially since the nearby paid parking options don’t have the best reviews (it was just parking on the street, you always will find something nearby)

Cons: It would be nice to have few middle/small size pots for the cooking (we have only one in very large size)

Pros: The best apartment in Athens that we rented. Very clean, tastefully furnished, everything you need is in it. Soft comfortable bed in the bedroom, air conditioning in each room, a full kitchen. Very close to the historical center and various attractions. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, solved our problem with early check-in so that my son could connect to online classes at school and helped to park near the entrance. Provided a huge amount of information about places to spend leisure time. Next time in Athens we will definitely rent this apartment again 👍

Pros: Spot on location, far from the dodgy part of the center, but 15mins away from the Acropolis! Extremely clean and equipped with everything needed! Spacious shower and a cozy terrace! Also I personally love when the bedsheets smell freshly washed, which they did!! Also the host was brilliant and provided us plenty of information on where to go and what to do in the city! We also used the additional transport service, which was very helpful! 12 out of 10 would recommend!

Pros: Πολύ ζεστό διαμέρισμα με ξεχωριστή διακόσμηση και στυλ σε απίστευτα εξυπηρετικό σημείο για τις μετακινήσεις

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar und die Metro befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet ein angenehmes Ambiente. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet, auf jede Frage oder Bitte wurde schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert.

Cons: Weniger positiv: Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug, was mit schwerem Gepäck, kleinen Kindern oder für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen etwas mühsam sein kann. Im Apartment steht leider kein Kaffeeautomat zur Verfügung. Die Sauberkeit könnte insgesamt verbessert werden. Das Badezimmer wirkte nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle waren nicht ganz sauber. Die Bettwäsche sollte unbedingt erneuert werden und die Handtücher entwickeln, wenn sie nass werden, einen unangenehmen Geruch. Auch der Balkon war staubig und hätte gründlicher gereinigt sein können. Werden diese Hygienemängel behoben, ist das Apartment jedoch wirklich empfehlenswert.

Pros: Appartamento comodo ai servizi e alla metropolitana, tutto in ordine nuovo e pulito. Soggiorno piacevole...da consigliare.

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Όμορφα διακοσμημένο, άνετο σε χώρους με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Πολύ ιδανική τοποθεσία αναφορικά με το κέντρο. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα κύρια σημεία ενδιαφέροντος!

Cons: Έλλειψη απλών παροχών ( παντόφλες μιας χρήσης κτλ ) τα οποία βεβαίως και διορθώνονται!

Pros: Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, μόλις 4 λεπτά από τη στάση μετρό, με ελεύθερο ασφαλές πάρκινγκ στον δρόμο. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει υπέροχα στρώματα για ξεκούραστο ύπνο και είναι ικανοποιητικά καθαρό.

Cons: Δεν λειτουργεί ασανσέρ και είναι στον δεύτερο όροφο, οπότε προσοχή σε άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα. Το μπάνιο είναι αρκετά μικρό, αλλά όχι δυσλειτουργικό.
