Athens Gem in Koukaki

Pros: Nice apartment, spacious, good location, walking distance everywhere.

Loved it!

Pros: Spacious two bedroom apartment at a great location! We felt right at home and enjoyed the balcony for some December sunshine. It’s close to the metro, but walking to the Akropolis Museum takes about 15 minutes so we walked a lot. Really cool neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants, bakeries, coffee and wine bars, and a great restaurant across the street.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment in an ideal location.

Pros: The location was ideal, close to the Metro, restaurants, supermarkets and the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and very clean We really appreciated the basics for cooking; oils, salt and pepper, honey, several types of coffee and tea bags which makes a big difference when you are self catering on a short holiday. It was also very useful to have a washing machine with detergent and fabric conditioner provided. The host also provided toiletries in the bathroom. The host was extremely helpful and provided a very useful video of how to access the keys plus plus photos of how to tun on the appliances. The host also checked that that all was well after we arrived and offered help if we needed transfers etc. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to other travelers!

Pros: I liked the You tube video explaining how to get the keys and go to the apartment. The website was very useful to find information for our visits, to book a taxi.. . We quickly got answers when we needed help. The apartment is very nice , modern, quiet, close to the metro station and tourist sites. Ideal place for a stay in Athens!!!

Pros: It is super cozy place and perfect for couples (2 couples) or girls trip for 4. It is as the photos and was quite new all!!

Cons: The first day was quite difficult to open the warm/hot water 😅 so that caused I had to shower with cold water but the next day was 👌

Pros: Location was great! THe acropolis mueseum was very close by and bunch of eateries nearby very central part of athens, plaka was walking distance from it! Host was very helpful and gave us a list of things to do and was very nice and helpful to any queries we had loved the hospitality!

Cons: Firstly its nothing abt the property in itself, but the Neighbours were a little rude when we got our luggage late at night. Next morning they came to us and threatened to report us to the police if we made noise again late at night which is also fair. So wouldn't recommend landing in with a late night flight in any residential part in Greece quiet hours from 11pm-7am.

Great apartment, great neighbourbood, we highly recommend Athens Gem

Pros: We had a great time in Athens Gem in Koukaki. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is new and decorated very tastefully. The beds are very good and there is a washingmachine and a dishwasher. Also there is a large balcony to sit outside. The neighbourhood is very nice, safe, with many restaurants. It's very central. The communication with our host Nasos was very good: he responded very quickly to our questions, which was most helpful.

Cons: A few more towels would be nice. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect Location

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds are perfect and we slept well every night. The apartment is located in a great area with a lot of helpful and fun stores. Be sure to visit the bread store just a couple of blocks over - delicious sweets and meals. The supermarket is right up the hill, and easy walk. The area is central to everything.

Pros: Alojamiento a 15 minutos andando del centro, muy limpio y bien conservado, insonorizado.

Cons: Faltaría algo de menaje de cocina.

Pros: Apartamento muito limpo, funcional, confortável, próximo das principais atrações.

Cons: Gostei de tudo.
