Stylish 1BR apartment in the heart of Koukaki

Pros: We appreciated that it was very clean in the studio.

Cons: The main door to the building was a bit tricky to open.

Pros: Even though it was on the road, it was super quiet. The host was very communicative which is great- almost too much for us haha

Cons: Look, it's on the road side and the only window faces that way, so as long as you don't care about a view then it's awesome. We wanted to walk and explore and it was perfect.

Pros: Θα το βαθμολογούσα με 9/10. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και γενικά πολύ καλό, χωρίς κάποιο ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα.

Cons: Παρ’ όλα αυτά, μου έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση ότι δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι νερό ούτε μία κάψουλα καφέ. Πρόκειται για προϊόντα πολύ μικρού κόστους, αλλά θα έκαναν τον επισκέπτη να νιώσει πιο welcome από την πρώτη στιγμή. Με μια τέτοια μικρή λεπτομέρεια, η εμπειρία θα ήταν σχεδόν άψογη.

Pros: Κεντρική τοποθεσία, άνετο δωμάτιο, καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές.

ottimo soggiorno

Pros: Ottima struttura, fedele alle foto presenti. Appartamento spazioso, comodo, bello il bagno con finestrino. Ottima soluzione del self checkin effettuato di notte. Proprietario sempre disponibile rispondendo in pochi minuti ai messaggi inviati.

Cons: Unica pecca, per chi soggiorna molti giorni come noi, le pulizie vengono fatte solo il giorno di arrivo e gli asciugamani non vengono mai cambiati sino alla fine del soggiorno. Per pochi giorni va benissimo.

Great place

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here! The area is fantastic—right between the Panathenaic Stadium and the city’s main attractions such as the Acropolis and Anafiotika. It was the perfect base for exploring Athens on foot. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s simple but very well done, making it a pleasant and relaxing place to return to after a day out. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Cons: The only small downside was that from time to time we noticed an unpleasant smell, which might be related to the area’s sewage system (common in Greece) rather than the apartment itself. It wasn’t a major issue, but having something like an air freshener or Febreze available would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Pros: Πολύ ζεστό σπιτάκι , προσεγμένο , έχει μέσα όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται. Βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ωραία γειτονιά με πολύ όμορφα μαγαζάκια και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο .

Pros: 1- die Einrichtung war sehr modern, künstlerisch und angenehm. 2- Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. 3- Der Gastgeber war schnell erreichbar (der defekte Haartrockner wurde an dem nächsten Tag mit einem neuen ausgetauscht). 4- die Lage ist an sich ruhig (es sei denn Bauarbeiten am laufen sind), tagsüber angenehm lebendig. Freitags Markt in der Nähe. Nur etwa 20 min fußläufig von Akropolis entfernt. Selbst der Monastiraki Platz ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, 30 min durch die lebendige Straßen des Athens. 5- für online checking wurde mir vorab einen Link mit Anleitung zugeschickt. Die Anleitung erfolgte durch ein YouTube-Video, deshalb sehr verständlich.

Cons: 1- die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig. Ohrenstöpsel braucht man auf jeden Fall. 2- die Wohnung zu lüften, ging nicht so richtig. Da sind zwar Fenstern, aber ohne Fliegengitter. 3- mir hat das Tageslicht in der Wohnung gefehlt. Das Fenster im Zimmer hat einen dicken Vorhang. Macht man das auf, sieht man die Passanten die an Fenster vorbei gehen. Einen zusätzlichen dünnen Vorhang für Tagsüber wäre gut. 4- was mich bei der online-checking störte war, von einem fremden Dritte ein Link zu erhalten (am besten sollte die Anleitung in booking.com hochgeladen werden)

Pros: Prima locatie! Appartement schoon en netjes. Duidelijke instructies en tips voor de omgeving.
