Great Host and Comfortable Stay, but Be Prepared for Stairs and Noise

Pros: The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms (one currently used as a storage room) and two bathrooms.(one is very small ). It’s an excellent choice for a family or a group of people. The host is very nice and friendly. The location is suitable for those who prefer to stay away from the city center, but there are shops and stores nearby for convenience.

Cons: One drawback of this apartment is the stairs — it’s on the second floor, and you have to go up and down about 40 steps Unfortunately, nothing was mentioned about the stairs in the apartment’s description on Booking. This makes it unsuitable for families with young children or elderly people The second drawback is the noise coming from the restaurants and bar downstairs where people stay awake until around 2 a.m.

Apartment that will make you fall in love with Athens.

Pros: This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in when it comes to find accommodation in capitals. The apartment is amazing and perfect for long-term stays! I still remember it with delight, and when I go to Athens, I will only stay here. The owner of the apartment is a very responsive and polite person who constantly checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed any assistance. The apartment has two wonderful balconies, and working on them is a real pleasure. An important detail: there’s a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms—especially relevant if your girlfriend likes to take long showers :)

The best apartment and the best host you can get

Pros: One of the best experiences we have had via Booking. The host was like if we were related -- he took care of us all the ways possible. He was extremely friendly and flexible and we felt that all of our needs were fulfilled - even the needs we didn't know were there. The apartment is in a very beautiful and very safe area of Athens. Easy to reach by metro or bus. Plenty of room and fully equipped. Highly recommended.

Wunderschöne große Wohnung in guter Lage

Pros: Elias ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er spricht, spanisch , Englisch und griechisch. Er war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Lage ist top 5 Minuten zur s Bahn , 8 Minuten zum Kongresszentrum. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen begrünten Gasse. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gegenüber der Wohnung liegt eine sehr gute Taverne. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet, gross und geräumig, Balkone auf zwei Seiten, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine etc. Vielen Dank lieber Elias! Gerne wieder.

Cons: Dass wir abreisen mussten.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Pros: De ruime kamers en twee balkons waren heerlijk. Het was schoon en alles was aanwezig.

Cons: In ons geval met de Dag van de Arbeid en het weekend hoorden we vanaf elf/ twaalf uur in de slaapkamer tegenover de twee restaurants wel enig geluid. De twee andere slaapkamers aan de achterzijde waren zo goed als geluids stil. Maar wij zijn geen stadse geluiden gewend.

Ich empfehle die Unterkunft!

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt. Zur U-Bahn sind es ca. 7 min zu Fuß. Der Bus X95 zum Flughafen ist ca. 5 min von der Unterkunft entfernt. Das Zentrum (Akropolis, römische und antike Agora, Hadriansbibliothek) ist nur drei U-Bahnstationen entfernt. Zum Strand sind wir ca. 1 h mit der U-Bahn + Bus gefahren. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Abends (bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts) ist es von den sich darunter befindlichen Restaurants schon etwas laut. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen - top!!!
