Spacious Penthouse near Downtown

Lovely quiet apartment in the heart of Athens

Pros: The location was excellent, on a quiet, tree-lined pedestrian street right in the heart of the city and very close to the Megaron, where we were working, with restaurants within a few metres in either direction. The apartment was spacious and a very pleasant place to sit and work with a large balcony, roof terrace and efficient air conditioning in each room. The en-suite roof bedroom was fun, again with its own air conditioning. Access via the locked street door and then the private penthouse direct access via the lift using the key fob felt especially secure.

Cons: The overall high quality was spoiled by the repairs needed. The window shutter in one bedroom was broken and stuck in the open position, so there was no way to shut out the light. The shower door in the main bathroom was missing.

Pros: Perfect stay in Athens! Spacious, modern, and very comfortable – it felt like home away from home. The location is perfect, with all the major sights, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. The host was also very welcoming and provided great local tips. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Athens!

Pros: The apartment is very big, it has a lot of space for the family, it has everything you need for the stay and the terrace is amazing. We enjoyed it very much.

Pros: The apartment is pretty new, very nice decorated(as in pictures), and very big. It has all necessary things in the kitchen. We loved the big balcony and the top roof with the 3rd bedroom, even if we had no need to use it. Highly recommend it for smal groups or 6-7 person group. Verry fast and good communication with the staff.

Cons: The internet switches off very often unfortunately. Maybe there's a problem with the router. We had to use most of time our own connection. We had some problems at the beginning using the washing machine as it was left with some laundry inside by the cleaner, I suppose, and it was locked. The balconies were pretty dirty.

Destul de placut

Pros: Locatia apartamentului este excelenta, aproape de restaurante si baruri foarte bune, supermarket si statia de metrou cu legaturi in toata Atena. A fost a doua oara cand am ales acest apartament si nu am regretat. Are un view minunat de pe terasa de pe acoperis, unde este si cel de-al treilea dormitor. Liftul a fost functional si deasemenea si WiFi-ul, desi in descriere scrie ca nu ar fi. Pentru pretul care l-am platit, a meritat fiecare banut.

Cons: Apartamentul ar avea nevoie de cateva imbunatatiri minore care, din pacate, il defavorizeaza destul de mult. Am avut probleme cu robinetul de la bucatarie, fiind rupt si iesind mereu de la locul lui, improscand apa peste tot. Curatenia, sa zicem ca nu era perfecta, se putea si mai bine, dar in mare era ok. Singurul lucru foarte deranjat a fost canapeaua care este plina de pete si ar avea nevoie de o curatare profesionala sau doar de niste huse.

Pros: Ωραίο διαμέρισμα, φρεσκοανακαινισμένο με σχετικά άνετους χώρους, εκτός από τον διάδρομο που έβγαινες από το ανσανσέρ και την σκάλα για την οροφή και το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο.

Cons: Έλειπε η μία πόρτα του ντους με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να πηγαίνουν πάνω στην τουαλέττα. Δεν είχαν καθαριστεί καλά οι χώροι από τις μπογιές της ανακαίνησεις και στο ανσανσέρ ήταν πολύ λερωμένο το πάτωμα. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι στο τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο στην οροφή ήταν πολύ σκληρό.
