Warm & Coozy Residence

Pros: Very nice apartment, close to the metro and easy airport connection. Has A/C in both rooms and all necessary amenities. Nice neighborhood with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Cons: Wifi is not the best. Public transportation can get a bit loud early in the morning.

Amazing place to be

Pros: Warm and cozy is indeed warm and cozy. Great place to be, everything is as described. Fully renovated apt, very clean! I recommend this place! 💛

Convenient and clean

Pros: Lovely and tidy, really clean. Close to my conference. The owner was very helpful via WhatsApp.

Cons: I arrived late so didn't get to meet the staff, but a key was left securely for me. It's not very clear which apartment it is, I had to watch a video to find it! So perhaps a number or name on the door, or some written instructions might help tired travellers in the dark! There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Even leaving just one or two pods and tea bags is a nice gesture to welcome guests. The kitchen was completely bare other than salt and pepper. Both minor points and I had a lovely stay.

Pros: It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Very accommodating to our request for later check out.

Cons: Nothing, it met our needs for our visit.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very central and close to the metro station. Walking distance from super markets, cafés and bakeries. The apartment has everything you need. Clean and tidy. will definitely come back!

Stylish apartment

Pros: Beautiful stylish1 bedroom appartement in an old building with balcony not far from metro. There are different coffee shops, bistros downstairs. Air conditions were in every room (bedroom and living room) and worked good. There were a coffemashine (coffee included), dish washer (tabs included) and a washmashine (I didn't find any washgel). The appartement was not big, but comfortable. Big wardrobe in bedroom, 2 TVs. Small kitchen with microwave, stove and utensils. If you are travellig by car you can park on the street. Lidl is ca. 7 min on foot.

Cons: There's a bar downstairs in front of the windows. It could be noisy for someone, who needs sleep.

Recommended for Athens

Pros: Nicely decorated apartment with kind owners located in a safe neighborhood. Allowed us a luggage storage when we checked out. The apartment had all the necessities, very clean, quality toiletries, nice closets with enough space. 15 minutes ride away from museums and attraction points.

Cons: It would be nice to have a working dishwasher.

Value for money

Pros: Φοβερός οικοδεσπότης, εξυπηρετικός, κατατοπιστικός και πολύ ευγενικός. Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ βολική, καθώς έχει πρόσβαση τόσο μετρό όσο και λεωφορείου σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό και ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.

Cons: Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν η τουαλέτα που ήταν λίγο χαλασμένο το καπάκι και επίσης είχε μυρωδιά λίγο κακού εξαερισμού παρόλο που ήταν πεντακάθαρο.
