Kapodistriou by Verde Apartments

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this kapodistriou by verde apartment The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting in Athens

Pros: Perfect Location for what we needed: a modern, spacious, clean apartment with excellent facilities. Big balcony, great for morning coffee!

Cons: Main shower head had a leak so didn't work properly and no chopping board/kitchen knife. Nothing to lessen the experience.

The apartment felt like home from home, it was clean and tidy. Everything you need for short stays and long, it was easy

Pros: The location was perfect for where we needed to be & close to amenities. The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern.

Cons: No parking, however we parked on the street outside during our stay with no problems.

A spacious, well-located apartment with excellent host communication – perfect for our family stay.

Pros: We stayed at this apartment for two weeks as a family and found it to be a great base for our needs. The rooms were all a good size, and the living area was spacious enough for everyone to relax comfortably. The location was ideal for us, with easy access to nearby hospitals and clinics, which was the main reason we booked. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout – very responsive and helpful. Overall, a practical and comfortable stay.

Cons: Need a chopping board in the kitchen!

Excellent accommodation

Pros: The property was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here.

Pros: Apartment was clean and warm, beds super comfy, lots of wardrobe space.

Cons: Loved the apartment but as it only has 1 bathroom could do with an extra mirror placed somewhere in the apartment, neighbors were quite loud early hours of the morning.

The hosts had everything prepared for us in advance and we had a great time in Athens

Pros: The rooms were spacious, we had a baby cot prepared, the terrace was great both during day and night.There was some coffee left for us to use and the ac was on when we came to create a great temperture, which was nice.There is a groceries store and a gelato shop just 3 min away from the apartment.

Cons: Hard to find a place to park nearby, not very close to the center.

Loved it, air conditioning really helped with the heat

Pros: The freedom that the apartment gives you, close to hospitals, food places, supermarkets easy with bus or taxi to central Athens. It also allows u to cook and do washing, nice home from home feel.

Cons: Unable to access the pool

Exceptional Apartment

Pros: The Apartment is simply amazing. Very bright, modern and clean. Airconditioning in every room, with a well equipped kitchen. The owner is very nice and responsive. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!!

Cons: Everything was great..there is nothing to comment about

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment. Key box makes handing over keys very easy.

Cons: One bedroom faces the (busy) street, so light sleepers should bring earplugs.
