Pros: Very spacious and clean. The host, Evi is very helpful. The appartment locates in a nice area and the parking is usually easy in the neighborhood.

“A comfortable, well-equipped apartment that felt just like home!”

Pros: The apartment was amazing! We loved everything about it — there’s so much space in every room, so we felt really comfortable and relaxed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus on hot days. It was also super convenient to have an extra toilet in addition to the main bathroom. In the bathroom, we found fresh towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), which was a nice touch. There’s also a washing machine and laundry detergent available, so we were able to do our laundry easily during our stay. Honestly, the apartment has everything you might need — it’s fully equipped and really feels like home. We totally recommend it and would love to come back next time we’re in the area!

Pros: Everything was fantastic! We felt better than our home! House has all the facilities to live. The kitchen is very well equipped: big fridge, oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker Nespresso, many plates, spaghetti strainer, more saucepans, more panes, dish detergent. There is air conditioning in all 3 rooms, each of which has a large terrace. The beds are confortable, the sheets are clean. There is vacuum cleaner, floor mop.The bathrooms are clean, nice, has soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, washing machine. We will definetely return !!! The host Evi is great!!!

Fabulous stay!

Pros: The apartment was so lovely, comfortable beds, lovely views and very close amenities. There is a little tunnel under the main road in the next street so you don't have to try and cross the busy road, and that brings you out close to the shops, hospitals etc. Plenty of places to walk to, and just a taxi ride away from many tourist attractions. Most rooms have air con that can be used to warm them up or cool them down so we were very comfortable even in December! The apartment comes equipped with everything you need, and if there are any problems you can always contact the host who will help in anyway she can. Evi even brought us a bottle of wine to welcome us which was so lovely and the wine tasted great! We would definitely use this apartment again if we returned to Athens! Five stars *****

Huge, quiet, clean apartment!

Pros: So lucky to have found this place! I saw from the map that it was close to the big main road so was worried about noise, but I needn’t! We had the windows open a lot and the noise didn’t bother us. And when you close the windows, it’s silent! There’s also plenty of A/C too. It’s super close to the hospital (there’s an underpass just by Avis that Google Maps doesn’t seem to register!), supermarket, restaurants and only a 20min drive to the airport (traffic willing!) The apartment is super spacious and very clean! I hope it’s available on my next visit!

The perfect flat

Pros: A flat at the perfect location. Evi is a very kind and helpfull hostess providing a comfy and very clean flat! I spend 10 days with my family and I would definitely recommend this flat to couples or families

Pros: Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα. Έχει όλα ότι χρειάζεται. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή.Κοντα φούρνο , σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια. Άνετα βρίσκεις πάρκιν.Πολύ κοντά (5 λεπτά μετά πόδια) σε Υγεία και Μητέρα. Βολεύει πολύ. Κα Εύη είναι πολύ διαθέσιμη, πολύ καλή. Σας προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
