Pros: Everything was close to Perfect and the assistance and support from the property's Host Elena to overtake any minor issues was on Point.

Pros: Elena was a great host. Great location, very near to shops bus and train, everything was more than satisfactory, easy access to apartment Internet, hot water, complimentary toiletries, new tv was brought so we could connect to otber programs, highly recommend

Pros: I forgot some things in the apartment and the manager responded immediately and helped me. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything needed in it. I strongly recommend it.

Great location, clean, spacious and well equipped.

Pros: The flat was clean, has a small balcony and air con, new bathroom and kitchen work equipped, good hot water, plenty of towels. The flat is nicely designed with a separate kitchen (so the smell of cooking and noise if fridge doesn’t wake you) and the living/dining area spacious enough for a family of 4. The sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable and very easy to fold and unfold daily. Air con in the living room was perfect. Also a bonus to have 2 air con units in such a small flat. In the summer that is a must have. Very good internet. Nearby there were shops and take away places- all we needed after a busy day. Grocery shops open until late. A throw away to the tube station so we were using tube to go everywhere around Athens. Line was well connected with the tram service to the beaches and the public transport in Athens is really cheap and modern!

Cons: The master bedroom bed had a mattress which wasn’t very supportive. If a couple sleeps on it, men normally would weigh about 90kg and then the mattress is not enough importing and you end up falling to the middle. The air con in the master bedroom may need cleaning as it didn’t work as perfect as the air con in the sitting/dining area. It’s a flat in a large block of flats so there were noises of neighbours having building work done in their flats- drilling, banging. However this was starting at 8am-9am so not an issue for us. I wish the TV had more English speaking channels - there was only BBC world. We stayed for more than a week so it would be nice to have a couple of channels available.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Excellent communication, and smooth self check-in/check-out.

Pros: We recently stayed at Kalithea Gold apartment in Greece and had a very good experience. The apartment lived up to our expectations and looked just as nice as in the pictures. The owner was very responsive, and communication was easy, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The self check-in and check-out procedures were exceptionally well-organized and explained thoroughly, which made our arrival and departure effortless. Regarding the location, I must admit that our choice was based on proximity to a local friend, so I cannot provide an objective recommendation in that regard. However, we found Uber trips to the city to be quick and reasonably priced, typically costing around 6-8 euros. Furthermore, we loved having breakfast at nearby Italus, which was a delightful culinary experience. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, safe, and quiet.

Perfect start point to visit Athens.

Pros: The place is well located between the center and Piraeus with a great metro connection to every place in Athens worth visiting. The street is quiet at night. Decoration is beautiful. Ideal for couples.

Pros: L' appartamento piccolo ma pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Bagno nuovo, lavatrice nuova e semplice nell' utilizzo con detersivo bucato a disposizione . Cucina piccola ma fornita. La proprietaria ha fornito istruzioni chiare per il check in e check out ed ha risposto velocemente al mio messaggio. In zona ci sono locali e supermercati e metro a 10 minuti a piedi. Per il prezzo pagato rispetto alla media, merita sicuramente un buon punteggio.

Cons: Le strade circostanti non sono molto pulite e sono strette quindi arrivarci con un trolley è un po' difficoltoso.

Pros: Ogólnie świetnie - blisko przystanki autobusowe do centrum, dużo sklepów i kawiarni w okolicy, cicha ulica. W mieszkaniu wszystko estetyczne. Duża szafa z wieszakami, wygodny materac, pościele, ręczniki, pralka, suszarka, żelazko, itd. Wszystko było super, spędziliśmy w mieszkaniu prawie dwa tygodnie. Bywało zimno (byliśmy w lutym), na szczęście są 2 klimatyzatory w mieszkaniu. Fajny balkon (okna od podwórka). Polecam!!!

Cons: Brak oznaczenia w domofonie było trudnością, przy jednym komplecie kluczy i braku możliwości użycia domofonu musieliśmy do siebie dzwonić, aby otworzyć sobie drzwi. Także przydałaby się instrukcja domofonu, a nawet naklejka, który guzik nacisnąć. :)

Bardzo dobry pobyt w Atenach

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, wszystko co trzeba było w mieszkaniu. W okolicy niedaleko różne przystanki autobusowe, na piechotę dostępne kawiarnie, piekarnie i sklep. Do metra 10 minut. Właścicielka była bardzo pomocna, wysłała bardzo precyzyjną wiadomość co do zameldowania i kluczy i odpowiadała na pytania które mieliśmy na WhatsApp. Wszystko się podobało!

Cons: nie mam uwag jedyna uwaga (ale nie dotyczy ona właścicielki) - w ostatnim dniu pobytu o 6 rano ktoś zadzwonił do domofonu, ale najprawdopodobniej pomylili mieszkania. okolica sama z siebie nie była głośna ani groźna
