Pros: Extra clean room and bathroom. Properly functioning electrical appliances. We'll decorated. Bonus: 1. The apartment had central heating during my stay. 2. The small balcony was excellent to enjoy a morning coffee!

Cons: 1. Central building door do not close. 2. The mattress needs change. 3. Sofa-bed could be better.
