Overall good short stay
Pros: Great location. The appartment was arranged to be superclean. For an appartment overlooking in the back yard of buildings it was quite. Lots of amenities just outside the door of the building. Very easy to reach from the airport. Close to syntagma, panathinaiko stadium, kolonaki square etc. The owner was very polite via messages and super responsive!
Cons: Would be better to be mentioned that the appartment is underground, that the garden is common. By this it gives the customer the option.The hummidity signs on the walls are difficult to keep away but that together with the assosiated smell is not very nice. We tried to sit on the veranda outside and an a/c unit from above was driping on us so it was outputting. A strong smell of naphthalene stands in the corridor going down the stairs towards the room.

Amazing Apt. in the heart of Kolonaki with exceptional Host & Housekeeping Team! Highly recommend!!
Pros: Amazing apartment in the heart of Kolonaki! Very cozy with a great outside courtyard, and includes everything you might need for a short or long term stay! Mirka the host was extremely friendly and highly responsive throughout my stay and Natassa from housekeeping who does everything with a smile will ensure the apt. is squeeky clean filled with her genuine positive energy! Highly recommend!!

It is great and reliable, the host is super nice.
Pros: It is very quite and clean, great to rest after working day. I really like to stay in this apartment everytime I come to work in Athens
Cons: I would have enjoyed having an coffee machine with capsules

Pros: The studio is very clean. It's located in a very nice area with easy access to the metro.
Cons: At the entrance in the building there is a small set of stairs and the light doesn't turn on until you are nearly at the door.

A very safe location, next to Evangelismos metro, easy to get around.
Pros: Just like the pictures. Very cute, cosy and comfortable. Has everything you need. Host communication was great and I had no issues at all with my stay.
Cons: The air condition does drip from above but it’s manageable. (did not ruin my stay)

Feeling like a local in Athens
Pros: The property was perfectly situated in the city close to a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars.what is great was that it was a 2 min walk to the metro station which makes it additionally easier to travel around. I did like that the area seems to be very local so the hustle of tourists is just not there, it’s a great place to be in the evening after a long day of walking around the tourist attractions
Cons: It’s something that no one can control but it was the noise coming from some type construction that started around 7am. If you have the patio doors closed then you don’t hear it. Just keep in mind you are In The city and are surrounded by apartments.

Great, central flat for a short stay. Not recommended for a longer stay, due to the mold.
Pros: The location was perfect; it was very central and with a lot of amenities around. Arriving to the flat from the airport was easy. A lovely lady met us at the location, to hand us the keys. The communication with the host was excellent. A mosquito repeller was available and very much needed. Shampoo, Shower gel, towels, iron were also provided.
Cons: The flat is not on the ground floor, as advertised, but in the basement. There was, however, enough light coming in the room from the yard. The mold in the bathroom was off putting. The smell of mold was strong every time we entered the flat.

A cozy, clean and convenient place in the heart of Athens.
Pros: A cozy, clean, and warm apartment near Kolonaki and Syntagma Square, while its convenient location served the purpose of my trip! I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Athens.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like.
