Pros: It was very clean. Safe street but a bit far out from the bustling centre. Lovely apartment ! :) Wonderful host very friendly and so accommodating, would stay again.

Great location and value for money

Pros: Great location walking distance from all the bars, clubs and restaurants around Kolonaki. Good sized room with all necessary amenities.

Cons: Some areas of cleanliness could be better. Glasses in the cupboard were dirty with lipstick marks and one that had been used. Under the couch could be cleaner

Ηταν όλα όπως πρέπει για μια τέλεια διαμονή!

Pros: Δεν το χωράει το μυαλό μου το πόση δροσιά έχει το δωμάτιο ! Έξω είχε καύσωνα κ στο δωμάτιο μέσα δε καταλαβαίναμε τίποτα απολύτως ! Πεντακάθαρα όλα, πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό ευαγγελισμό του μετρό και πάρα πολύ ευγενική κ εξυπηρετική η κυρία Ρένα! Θα έρθουμε ξανά σίγουρα !

Pros: Πολύ ωραίο στούντιο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο. Έχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς. Στα + η πίσω αυλή και η εξυπηρετικότατη οικοδέσποινα που απαντάει αμέσως οποιαδήποτε στιγμή

Izuzetna lokacija, perfektna

Pros: Fantasticna lokacija, divan kvart, uredan apartman, dobro opremljen, divna i ljubazna vlasnica...

Cons: Nedostaje informacija da je apartman u suterenu zgrade. Nije mi se dopalo to sto je miris vlage prisutan u celom apartmanu, prilicno jak i neprijatan. Iako u app postoji uredjaj za vlagu, ne daje posebnog efekta.

Tolle Lage im Top-Wohnviertel, ruhig gelegen und optimal ausgestattet.

Pros: Nettes Apartment in bester zentraler Lage und Umgebung, um Athen fußläufig zu erkunden. Der Stadtteil Kolonaki zählt mit zu den Top-Wohnviertel von Athen und bietet eine Vielzahl von tollen Bars, Cafés, Restaurant und inhabergeführten Geschäften. Das Apartment liegt im Souterrain, ist von der Größe optimal für 2-3 Personen, bietet einen eigenen Außenbereich im Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Mobiliar ist modern, alles ist sehr sauber und es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist über WhatsApp schnell erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment uneingeschränkt erneut buchen.
