Denise Luxury Apartment-Centre of Athens

Great apartment.

Pros: The apartment is clean and well equipped with a great standard of decoration. It's very convenient for the Metro (M3 airport/Syntagma) and is near the park and Lycabettus hill. There are a good selection of shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants nearby if you explore the streets towards the centre of town. Bed is comfortable with plenty of towels provided.

Cons: All good.

Pros: The owner Maria and her mother were lovely and super helpful with check in and our questions. They kindly let us store our luggage for longer after checking out. The apartment is pretty large and very comfortable, and the neighbourhood is great for exploring Athens with some very good food options very close by. Great bed, good shower heat and pressure. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Cons: The only issue we had was that water could spray out of the shower (no curtain or door) onto the bathroom floor and the drainage could potentially be a little blocked. We managed this by being more careful.

Pros: Excellent location, very good area with lots of restaurants, bars,etc. Evangelinos metro station was really close. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: It was on the ground floor, very close to the street level so you may hear some noise sometimes..

Pros: The Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Has everything you need!

Cons: For some reason the warm water supply didn't worked, but didn't bothered me since I'm showering cold.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best place to stay in Athens!

Pros: I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Athens with my sister, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, something I’ve never experienced in a new place. The apartment was spotless, beautifully elegant, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. It had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made it hard to leave. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. Such a kind, attentive, and genuinely lovely person. You can really feel when someone puts their heart into what they do, and that was absolutely the case here. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Athens!

Good location, value for money!

Great accommodation in a terrific location - would stay again.

Pros: Denise Luxury Apartment was in a very central location. A five minute walk to the train station and the area was full of restaurants, shops etc.

Cons: The only fail for me was no ice cubes - such a simple thing to have ice in the freezer as we had drinks that weren’t cold and it was very hot so a cold drink would have been lovely.

Kolonaki is a very hilly (steep) suburb, but this location minimised the street gradient immensely. Location was central

Pros: Location, comfort, toiletries, ease of communication, cleanliness, security, charming hosts!

Amazing flat in best location, with great host

Pros: Very nice apartment in the best area of Athens. Large bedroom with a king size bed, very comfortable. Lots of storage and room to open suitcases. Kitchen is well equipped (we didn’t cook, but there was everything one needed, including spices). The location is perfect for exploring the city, and feeling local. Lots of nice espresso bars/ bakeries/ shops within a few minutes walk or just around the corned. Parking in the area is difficult, but the host helped us with a parking garage recommendation which was at a reasonable price and very close by. We will definitely consider staying here again when coming to Athens. Great value, service and facilities.

Cons: The shower has a screen on one side only, so there is lots of splashing and it is almost impossible not to get the floor wet.
