Great location and very spacious apt

Pros: The location is perfect, in the heart of Kolonaki neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and ideal for 6 people. You could tell its 2 apartments in one. The living room is huge.

Cons: The single beds are a bit tiny even for someone who is not overweight. Also no bidet in one of the bathrooms.

Wonderful stay, wonderful location, a great start to our first Greek holiday!

Pros: This being our first trip to Greece, we had not known what to expect. Although we were a little apprehensive when we first got to the hotel, we got to know that it is really very well-located. George was really helpful too and he was ever ready to offer advice and help when asked upon. Thank you, George!

We had a great four night stay in top spot in Athens, highly recommended.

Pros: Location excellent, space for everyone, two good big bathrooms, nice kitchen and eating space, little balconies both sides of property, excellent wifi

Cons: There were no dishwasher tablets and dishwasher was dirty, presumably because the previous occupants hadn't used it properly? We sorted it out, no biggie, but it might be an idea to check that on the changeover. Everything else was spotless.

Convenient and comfortable stay .

Pros: The spaciousness of the apartment, the updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Cons: Everything met my expectations.

Pros: Μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο και δίπλα από το νοσοκομείο Ευαγγελισμός σε περίπτωση που ψάχνεις κατάλυμα δίπλα από το νοσοκομείο. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες μπορέσαμε να κάνουμε και νωρίτερα check in κατόπιν συνεννόησης

Urcite odporucam pobyt v tomto apartmane. Verim ze odstranili vsetky nedostatky..

Pros: Apartman bol velky a priestranny, poloha apartmanu skvela, blizko metra a centra, napriek tomu nebol velmi pocut hluk. Je skvele ze v apartmane su 2 kupelne a aj pracka so susickou. Komunikacia s Georgom bola fajn, rychlo reagoval ked sme nieco potrebovali.

Cons: Mrzi ma, ze to musim napisat, ale podlaha nebola umyta, bolo tam dost prachu a vlasy na zemi. A navlecky na vankuse a prikrivky boli tiez velmi zaprasene, zlte a boli na nich vlasy. Nastastie sme si vsetko poprali a v susicke vysusili takze potom bolo vsetko OK. A este jedna vec, holuby boli dost hlucni v noci a nad ranom, hlavne su dost pocut v izbe, co ma okno do nadvoria.

Amazing apartment in THE best neighbourhood

Pros: Spacious and very well equiped apartment in the best neighbourhood in Athens. A few minutes walk from Evangelismos metro station.

Cons: The check in process was a bit clunky (no What's App contact option). The apartment was hard to find: the level is not provided in the location details and there are no internal signs identifying building floor or apartment numbers.

Large apartment for family to have some personal space during the long stay. :)

Pros: Warm communication. The host was wondering if everything was okay and always was in touch (according needs). An apartment was really big, enough space for family. There were all facilities to live for one week comfortably.

Cons: We were needed some cleaning staff and we did not find it in the apartment (to clean the floor during the week). other things all good.
