Live at the Acropolis shadow - under super scenic Anafiotika

Beautiful home in the heart of Athens

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect — right in the charming and peaceful neighborhood of Anafiotika, just a few minutes’ walk from the Acropolis and the Panathenaic Stadium. It truly feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Athens. There are so many wonderful restaurants and cozy cafés nearby, making it easy to enjoy the best of the city. The house itself is beautiful, full of character, and at the same time incredibly practical and comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay completely effortless. On top of that, the hosts were super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made everything so easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

Magical Athens

Pros: The place is fantastic. Perfect location for sightseeing in Athens. We were there in a group of 2 adults and 3 kids. Very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. To get to Acropolis it's a 3 minute walk. You can see the house from Acropolis:) The house has everything You need.

Pros: Very atmospheric house in a great location. Excellent availability of the host.

Cons: The bathroom is not at the level of the price of the house.

Pros: I have the only one comment - this was my best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Really amazing! And I travel the world a lot…

Perfect house in absolutely charming location.

Pros: Location is fantastic- peaceful, quiet, atmospheric and historic, well away from the noise of the city, yet within a couple of minutes’ walk of an excellent range of restaurants and most of the archeological sites. The house is incredibly well equipped (I can’t think of anything it doesn’t have) and very comfortable and clean. Roof terrace gives you a great view both day and night. The only thing to consider is that the stairs- spiral staircase up from bedrooms to living room, then open stairs to mezzanine and finally the paddle stairs to roof - may not be suitable for anyone who is unsteady on their feet. But with a bit of care they are fine. The people who manage the property are really helpful and communication was excellent. We would gladly stay again!

Pros: Location, rustic yet modern, lots of charm & Character. Attic window access with Acropolis view! Very well equipped.

Cons: Shower head needs a stand, .other than that everything was perfect!

A perfect spot to stay during your visit to Athens

Pros: Location was fantastic, right in the centre of Plaka. The rooftop terrace has amazing views of the Acropolis and the living space was perfect. the amenities were well stocked and the hosts were always on hand if we had any questions.

Pros: The location was fabulous, Plaka is simply beautiful. All sights in very easy reach. Maria gave us so much useful information too, to ensure we saw and experienced everything Athens has to offer.

Cons: The noisy dog next door, but it was only one morning.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful, this house brings lots of joy every time you enter and discover new hidden layers of old history and new stories. We are in love with this gem, definitely will come back to find out more!

A unique experience

Pros: The books, the staircase and mezzanine level very authentic feel

Cons: Bathroom could do with an upgrade
