Errathens Apartments - Athens Center

Pros: Close to the center and all hysterical places. There are air conditions in every room and it’s great. Also in the fridge we found some presents.

Pros: We were 8 people and the apartment accommodated all of us and was quite large. The place had everything we needed to make the most of our vacation and everything was functional. The location was also good and it was possible from there to reach the most central/important areas like Monastiraki and Syntagma. We highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Athens (especially for large groups)!

Highly recommended

Pros: I don't normally do reviews on properties, however, this apartment deserves it. I actually had a good feeling before I arrived as the communication was excellent. I am always sceptical about a property as photographs always show a certain angle, however, there was no trickery here. My only concern ahead of staying was that the curtains looked thin from the photos and I was worried that I wouldn't sleep due to the daylight, however, the windows also had excellent blinds. The apartment was spacious and if you are looking for a great base near to the centre of town, this is your place.

Cons: Everything was perfect. Regarding parking, make sure you park on one of the side streets and not opposite the apartment - there are loads of cars parked opposite, so you assume it is ok, but 40 euro parking fine later, we discovered you cannot park there :-)

Excellent value for money

Pros: Large apartment with 2 washrooms and a kitchen. Excellent value for money.

Cons: The mattresses should be replaced, they were quite uncomfortable.

Not too bad, not too good.

Pros: Some rooms were super comfy & with a cute view! The cleaning lady was very polite! Having a washing machine was cool, but we had to buy laundry detergent. The apart is quite spacious, we were 5 friends and it was just perfect. Overall it is okay for the price.

Cons: You would have to buy a soap, shower gel, laundry detergent etc. by yourself, only some lil shampoo bottles were provided. The second bathroom which has a bathtub seemed old and was not very clean. The floor creaks when you walk and wifi was not working so we had to connect to the other apartment's one.

It was good

Pros: Good location - not the city center, but very easy to go to. Very comfortable for family staying in Athens.

Cons: Not very sound proof. You can hear everything from the hallway in the apartments.

Good for resting after active day outside.

Pros: Appartment was clean, nice and good equiped kitchen (microwave, fridge, portable small grill, kettle). Overall good for just staying to sleep after exploring the city and other activities.

Cons: We were family of 5 but respective beds available only for 4. The 5th should sleep on couch in the lobby. Dining room = lobby, table near the couch where the 5th person is sleeping. Only 2 forks for 5 persons.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Pros: El apartamento era muy amplio y estaba todo limpio. El barrio era muy tranquilo, bien comunicado.

Pros: Todo muy bien ,gran piso cómodo y práctico limpio y luminoso ,buena ubicación, siempre muy amables y atentos en responder, con ascensor todas las habitaciones con aire Fácil el ingreso nos han dejado entrar un rato antes y salir un rato después, muy recomendable
