Great apartment in Athens downtown with secured parking

Pros: Good communication with the host and easy process to check-in and check-out. The secured parking (for an average-size car) is a huge bonus. You can walk to bus stop in 5 minutes or to Victoria metro station in 10 minutes, just 2 stations away from Monastiraki. The apartment has everything we needed.

Cons: The bed's mattress was little bit soft to our taste

Nice apartment with private parking. I recommend it.

Pros: We had a comfortable stay at this apartment. The private parking is a great option for Athens. The apartment has a large and lovely balcony, it’s on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and there are three air conditioners – one in each room. The mattresses were comfortable, and we appreciated that all the “starters” (salt, sugar, spices, tea, and coffee) were provided. Everything was clean, the WiFi was fast, and there is a SMART TV available. Although the apartment and the plumbing are a bit worn out, it still feels cozy. A supermarket is just 5 minutes away on foot, and the “Biktoria” metro station is an 8-minute walk. From there, it takes only three stops (with one transfer) to reach the “Acropolis” metro station.

Cons: The flush mechanism in the toilet tank needs repair

Great accomodation

Pros: The check-in instructions were clear and it was easy to follow them. Great spacious flat. Nice and cool, it was what we needed after a hot day out. Has everything you might need. The Wi-Fi quality is also good.

Cons: There was no hot water when we tried first time. We had to turn on the boiler and wait for it to heat the water. It was not a big problem, the water got heated within 1-2 hours. But would be better if it was already on when we checked in

Clean, practical, good communication

Pros: The beds were quite comfortable. We were at the apartment only for a night’s sleep, so it was nice to crash to a decent bed.

Cons: Parking in central Athens is a challenge, and we greatly appreciated the guaranteed and gated parking space at the location. However, the allocated parking space is super tight, and there is a high risk of scratching the car to keep it within the marked line. A note for those who come with rental cars without an extra insurance premium.. (I decided to not do it for the car’s sake). We had a standard size hatchback and was impossible to park it fully inside the line.

Pros: Amazing apartment, with very big balcony, super clean and super comfy. It's so beautiful inside... Also the fact that it's very close to the center (no more than 5min walk), helped us seize the day and wander around the city center so easily. When I'm visiting Athens, I would always choose it

Pros: Spacious and secure apartment with private parking. A/C in all rooms , full kitchen , suitable for long stay too

Great place to stay in the city if you're travelling with pets or need private parking.

Pros: Beds were so comfortable. Nice full kitchen for cooking. Very safe building with elevator. Very happy to find a place that allowed pets and had private parking. It's extremely hard to find parking in the city so the parking spot was a huge help when travelling with dogs and at 8 months pregnant!

Cons: The parking spot was very small for our large car so plan on that. The streets are also extremely tight when approaching location. Couch in apartment was quite stained. Not the most modern/luxurious accommodation.

Pros: Super easy check-in, very responsive host. The apartment is quite spacious, clean and equipped with fridge, AC, TV. It is located pretty close to the Viktoria Metro Station from where you can take the metro straight to Monastiraki in the center of the city. You will also be very close to Exarcheia, which is a pretty cool neighborhood in Athens with lots of great bars and tavernas.

Cons: The parking spot is a bit tight. For a compact sedan or anything smaller there should be no issues fitting in (for anything bigger you may struggle a bit). Also the pillows on the bed were a bit too hard for our liking. When we arrived, we had an issue with the toilet (it was not flushing). However this was quickly solved after we informed the host and had no issues afterwards.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν σχετικά καλή καθώς βρίσκεται 800 μέτρα από το μετρό, το διαμέρισμα είναι μεγάλο και κατάλληλο για έως και 4 ατομα

Cons: Οι πετσέτες δεν ήταν καθαρές ,στην κουζίνα τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια ήταν ελλείπες

Séjour confortable

Pros: Le parking ,bien que petit pour une Volvo il rend bien service . Appartement très propre ,un peu vieillot mais comfortable .j’y suis déjà venue et j’y reviendrai certainement .immeuble bien tenu .
