Pros: Το κατάλυμα ειναι πολύ καλό γενικά...Όμορφη διακόσμηση.Εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης, απαντάει άμεσα... Η περιοχη ασφαλης...

Cons: Δεν είναι κάτι που επηρεάζει άμεσα τη διαμονή σας, αλλά αν και το διαμέρισμα ωραία ανακαινισμενο, το κτιριο ειναι πολύ παλιό με ασχημη μυρωδια. Επίσης η μετακινηση προς κεντρο δεν ειναι πολυ ευκολη, ειναι σε απόσταση απο τα μεσα μαζικης μεταφορας

Pros: Ένα μικρό διαμαντάκι στην καρδιά της Κυψέλης, ολοκαίνουριο, καθαρό, με αισθητική στη διακόσμηση και ένα ωραίο και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι! Η επικοινωνία μας με τους οικοδεσπότες άψογη, η τοποθεσία πολύ ήσυχη, αλλά την ίδια στιγμή βρίσκεις σε απόσταση αναπνοής καφετέριες, εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά, φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ και πολλά άλλα! Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής η καλύτερη! Παρόλο που δεν έβγαλα φωτογραφίες, όλα είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες του καταλύματος και ακόμα καλύτερα από κοντά! Σίγουρα κάθε φορά που επιστρέφουμε στην Αθήνα θα είναι χαρά μας να μένουμε εδώ!
