All in all a nice experience.
Pros: The host gave very clear instructions and provided much more than others, like shampoo, coffe, iron. The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Every detail is designed with taste. It would be perfect for vacation even in January, if you didn't have to listen to the neighbour's shouting all night long.
Cons: The house is quite smelly (but not the apartment). The only thing I would criticise is the paper-thin wall that let me hear all the noise coming from the neighbour. The guy would shout on the phone without stopping, and I could even hear the other person at the end of the line. I would wake up sometimes at 2am, other times at 4am to his conversations, despite using earplugs.

Pros: I really liked the good taste and simplicity of the place, which gave me a minimalist and clean environment at the same time
Cons: I would improve the organization of the garden, which is beautiful, but needs cleaning to bring an even more harmonious environment

Pros: Good location, 10 minutes from metro, a lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. clean, comfortable, good wifi.
Cons: it was really noisy one night, it was really loud until the morning. maybe it makes sense to tell other guests to be more calm during the night.

Nice week trip in Athens
Pros: Great flat with all the basic amenities and supplies, 10 min from a metro station, good price and near supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants, had a great time
Cons: Equipment not really meant for longer stays ≈1 week, uncomfortable bed and unresponsive host

Pros: η αισθητικη του διαμερισματος , η ντουζιερα μεγαλη και το μπανιο ευρύχωρο με ωραια αισθητική το στρωμα πολυ ανετο εκανα ωραιους υπνους καθως σου παρείχε σομπα και την εβαζες οποτε ηθελες και ζεσταινε το δωματιο γρηγορα. Πολυ ωραια η κουζινα με ολα τα απαραιτητα αν θες να μαγειρεψεις τα οποια τα χουν τοποθετησει με στυλ για να ειναι προσβασιμα και να μη καθεσαι να ανοιγεις συρταρια να ψαχνεις ... πολυ ανετο και κομφι για ενα μερος που δε προτιμω ιδιαιτερα
Cons: η εισοδος πρέπει να φτιαξετε τη πορτα και το χωρο που μπαινεις πριν τα δωματια ειναι σαν ερειπιο και να γινε καποια ληστεια επισης η μυρωδια εκει στο υπογειο πριν μπεις στο υπογειο δωματο

Gemütliches Apartment für einen Uraub in Athen.
Pros: Das Bett war sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Dusche war sehr angenehm.
Cons: Leider, wie in vielen Orten Athens, ist der Katzenurin Geruch auf der Terrasse sehr penetrant, so dass man die Terrasse nicht wirklich nutzen kann.

Pros: Μια χαρά ήταν για λεφτά του. Καλό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο.
Cons: Είχε πολύ υγρασία και μύριζε αρκετά άσχημα, ειδικά το βράδυ.

Très bien pour les 3 nuits
Pros: Appartement proche du centre, dans un quartier commerçant et animé. Un arrêt de bus juste à côté pour se rendre au centre ville très facilement. Appartement confortable, équipé et très calme, le bruit extérieur ne pénètre pas. Petit jardin au milieu des immeubles accessible par une porte-fenêtre
Cons: Pas vu les proprio, les échanges ne se font que par la messagerie booking, échanges comportant de très nombreuses consignes à respecter. Appartement peu lumineux car en partie en sous-sol. Hall de l'immeuble pas nettoyé. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine
