Great Stay in a Bright and Comfortable Apartment

Pros: The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to supermarkets and main roads. It is new, fully equipped, bright, and airy, with a spacious balcony offering an open view without being blocked by tall buildings. The building is quiet, and parking can be found nearby without much difficulty. Early check-in is also possible for an extra fee. Fotini, who assisted me, was very polite, kind, and genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible.

Cons: The only small suggestion I would make is to add an awning on the large balcony, which would allow guests to enjoy it more comfortably during midday hours.

Pros: The apartment was very clean. Everything that we needed was there. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and the staff were amazing.

Cons: No issues with the property!

Pros: Ένα πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό μέρος και ταυτόχρονα σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Pros: Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό , όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η διαμονή γενικά πολύ ευχάριστη και η τοποθεσία ήσυχη.

Cons: Μικρές λεπτομέρειες μόνο: το καλώδιο του ντους ήταν χαλασμένο και θα ήταν χρήσιμο να υπάρχουν επιπλέον μαξιλάρια και σκεπάσματα. Κατά τα άλλα, πολύ καλή εμπειρία και θα το προτείναμε!

Pros: Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα για διαμονή μικρής ή μεγάλης διάρκειας. Όλα πολύ καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα σε μια ήρεμη περιοχή. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη και πάντα πρόθυμη!!

Cons: Ενδεχομένως μια μικρή βελτίωση θα βοηθούσε στα λευκά είδη και στο κρεβάτι-στρώμα.

Pros: Séjour très sympathique dans cet appartement tout neuf. Quartier calme et bien situe pour visiter Athènes.Bonne réactivité du propriétaire qui a répondu a nos attentes.

Cons: Rien, c’était parfait !

Wohnung in guter Lage in einer tollen Stadt

Pros: Zugang zur Wohnung war gut organisiert und problemlos. Relativ neues Gebäude. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viel zu Fuß möglich. Sind zu Fuß nach Piräus spaziert. Metro Station der Linie 1 ganz in der Nähe.

Cons: Bzgl. der Nachbarn (überwiegend auch Urlauber) hatten wir etwas Pech, weil wir von „Rauchern“ umgeben waren. Hat das Lüften und offene Fenster in der Nacht etwas kompliziert.

Εξαιρετική Οικοδεσπότες

Pros: Οι οικοδεσπότες και συγκεκριμένα η κα. Μελίνα ήταν πάντα εκεί με απίστευτη διάθεση να βοηθήσει σε όποιο θέμα και αν είχαμε, βρίσκοντας μας λύση άμεσα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για τις περιπτώσεις που έχει κάποιος να παρεβρεθεί στο Μουσείο Μπενάκη, όπως εμείς με το συνέδριο που είχαμε. Επίσης είναι δίπλα στα περισσότερα νυχτερινά μαγαζιά της Αθήνας. Μόλις 2 λεπτά από τον κεντρικό δρόμο της Πειραιώς.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Die zwei Terrassen bieten einen super Ausblick über die Stadt und auf die Akropolis. Die zwei Bäder sind ebenfalls sehr modern. Alles sieht sehr neu aus. Von der nächst gelegenen S-Bahn Station braucht man in die eine Richtung nur zwei Haltestellen bis in den Stadtkern und und in die andere Richtung vier Haltestellen und man ist am Meer. In der näheren Umgebung findet man kleine Supermärkte, tolle Cafés und Restaurants. Melina war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die schon vor der Anreise viele tolle Tipps für uns hatte und auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer Antwort auf unsere Fragen hatte. Danke ☺️
