Brand New Building Deluxe Apartments With Parking Nearby Train

Pros: Very neat and clean apartment. We found everything we needed.

Pros: We are extremely satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Very good location on a quiet street and close to a metro station. Located in a new building and with new furniture with everything you need even for a longer stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. The presence of a parking space is invaluable in the busy city. I highly recommend it.

Very good rest

Pros: It was very nice stay for our family. Apartment is pretty new. Very clean and cosy. We liked everything. The option with a private parking space in the building is very nice addition. There are some cafeterias as well as the food store just nearby. Can fully recommend.

Cons: The only minor thing is that the church bells ring in the early morning and if you sleep with the windows open it may a bit disturb you. But it has nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Pros: Flat is very good. Comfortable beds. Kitchen with all we needed. Parking down the house.

Perfect stay in Athens with family!

Pros: Wonderful place to stay! super fast and clear communication, own parkingplace, clean, spacious, everything like new, great beds, super fast internet, few minutes walk from metro, close to groceries and all you need at walking distance. If you are traveling with family of four - this is a must stay.

Pros: to be praised! starting with communication, cleanliness, a huge beautiful terrace, enough towels, everything for the kitchen and we were even greeted with coffee, tea... everything you need. the metro is about 5 minutes from the apartment. it is a very safe neighborhood which is in the first place if you are planning to come to Athens. Parking have 3 plase and car is safe. We will be back again in Brand New Building delux apartments.

Pros: We came for one night after traveling around Greece before flying home. Good location for those looking for something outside the crowded center. Parking spot is useful for those with a car. Close to a train station (~10 minutes walk). New, clean, great value for money.

Pros: A centrally located apartment with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is located very close to a bus stop that leads directly to the city center. The space is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Communication with the host is fast and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and happy.
