Newly renovated-City Center Apartment

Perfect rest place

Pros: The apartment is really well equipped, the bed top comfort, localisation great and the host Paschalis left a lot of little attentions in the space to feel at home. The air conditioning works really well in the main room, mandatory in hot weather for us,and with the fan in the bedroom we slept perfectly well.

Cons: We were not in the apartment during daytime and the weather was really hot so it didn't bothered us at all, but maybe being in floor - 1 is not for people wanting full light during the day.

Pros: The apartment is really comfortable, equipped with everything needed, and has a good location being near the center and the bus and metro station. The owner, Pascalis, is really kind and available, and met all our requests.

Comfortable apartment in a good location, with a very good host!

Pros: Great location with a shop and pharmacy nearby (handy for anything you forgot to pack!), and just a short walk from the metro and bus stops to explore the rest of the city. If you’re in town for the Athens Marathon, this location is also very close to one of the shuttle bus pickups, which was an essential for me. Apartment was very secure, with a nicely-sized kitchen. Host was fantastic and even offered some extra suggestions for good places to eat nearby and some good tourist spot suggestions. Would happily stay here again!

Pros: The location is great. The apartment is in the basement but is fully renovated and is amazing! The host is a great guy. The apartment and the area have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Good spot to start exploring Athens

Pros: Nice host. Good location - 8min walk to Metro, Supermarket around the corner, felt safe as the police is in the same street. The apartment was well equipped, we did not miss anything. The whole apartment is big, WiFi worked well. No problem that the apartment is in the Souterrain as that makes it a bit cooler in summer.

Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner at a few spots, but it was fine in general. A second A/C in the bedroom would have been nice.

Perfect little oasis

Pros: The apartment was a perfect little oasis for me and my friend. It is well equipped, super clean and situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood walking distance from the centre - about 20 to 30 minute walk. It has a very good connection to the airport - the nearest metro stop (Evangelismos) is less than 10 min walk. The owner was perfect - quick to respond and very kind. Highly recommend!

Comfortable apartment in a good neighbourhood & great host

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and well-equiped, including laundry machine and some bread, honey, and coffee for breakfast. The host was tactful and excellent with communication - I arrived close to midnight and the host waited for me to check in, explained things and quickly left to allow me the privacy to rest. The location of the apartment is on a quiet street in a highly sought-after local neighborhood of Athens, with a park surrounded by local restaurants nearby. It was a very good base for exploring Athens and getting a good rest after each day, away from the tourist crowd.

Cons: The only thing to note is that the apartment is in a half basement so you have to rely on artificial light when inside.

Incredible, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

Pros: Everything is incredible. One of my best booking experiences. Paschalis the host is really a genius. I waited until super late, he helped us lower our bags, he helped us park the car because it was super complicated in the area. I wait for us with fresh water, bread, sweet.. everything smelled delicious, the sheets, the armchair.. there was quality shampoo and rinse. It’s just that everything is really incredible. I will recommend it to anyone who visits Athens!!! Super close to the subway to go to the Acropolis, and the super cool area. I recommend having dinner at Ciao restaurant that is super close and has the kitchen open until 3am. Everything is great. Thank you for your good energy. Keep it up. Greetings. Pros: The apartment was nice and clean, with everything in it and well located!! The owner was very nice, helpful and responsive!! Highly recommended!!

The Best Place to Stay in Athens!

Pros: Our amazing host Paschalis took the time to contact us in advance, to prepare us for the stay. We arrived to a spotless, brilliant, well-equipped apartman (the cleaning lady did a brilliant job) with wi-fi, and even a few treats. The location is perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better place, or host! Thank you Paschalis, for making our stay in Athens unforgettable!
