Athens Pangrati modern apt 10min to metro

Pros: The location is perfect! The apartment is well equipped and clean. The host is amazing, he was always available and gave us good recommendations. Pangrati is beautiful and peaceful area, full of caffes and restaurants. We'll definitely come back!

Lovely place!

Pros: Everything has been great Konstantinos has been really kind, helpful and flexible about any request, and the communication has been always fast and clear. The house is cosy and fully equipped, clean and quiet. The neighborood is one of the best of Athens, with fantastic bar, restaurant and music. Is quite close to Kalimarmaro and the metro is 10min (nice)walking distance. I can only Say thank you to Konstantinos and badly suggest this place :)

Pros: We liked everything about the apartment, it’s nice and clean and it has everything you need. Konstantinos is a very welcoming and an easygoing host. The location is really good, you can walk easily everywhere or you just walk 10mn to take the metro. If you are planning your trip to Athens, that’s the perfect apartment to be 😊

Pros: Stayed for a couple of days in August. The apartment is great and well located, in a local neighborhood with many bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's a good place to stay. Close to the metro as advertised (if you don't mind walking a bit) and just 1-2 stations away from the main tourist attractions. The host was super helpful as well.

Pros: It was relatively central, a shortish walk, but still quite a few blocks to public transport. Very clean and tidy and well kept.

Pros: Konstantinos was great explaining to us everything about the apartment and suburb. Pangrati is much better than the centre as you will have more 'local' experience not far away from the main tourist area

Great stay in Athens!

Pros: Love the neighborhood, local vibe, great food, very safe. One of the best patisseries in Athens, Antonis Selekis, is on your doorstep (good and bad, I guess?). Big bedroom, adequately equipped kitchen (no microwave). Lots of storage space. Great communication with the owner, very helpful. We got complimentary water bottles and juice boxes, nice touch.

Cons: The bathroom is tiny. Also you need to turn on the water heater on 30 min before you shower. All the city center attractions are in walking distance, but after 20,000 plus steps a day you might want a bus or Uber, which adds up.

Pros: Everything in the apartment is well thought of. It is a 10 out of 10. Only that there is loud music till very late nearby on Saturday night.

Pros: Everything was great! Konstantinos is very kind and hospitable, shared all the detailed instructions, and was in touch during my stay. The apartment is very cozy and clean. It is located in a very peaceful district yet is close to nice coffee shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I will definitely stay here again.
