Pros: We liked the apartment very much because it was new, comfortable and stylish. Airconditioning works well and hot shower is available at any moment. The location is 30 minutes walk from the historical city centre, but it was very close to the Hellenic research center which was good for us. Nearby you can find a lot of authentic places to eat. Ask the owner and he has good recommendations. The connection to the owner was really good. He replied all the question immediately. If you need this part of the city, we highly recommend to rent this apartment.

We had a very nice time. Thank you SO much!

Pros: The location was lovely and convenient, the bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the huge television was fantastic.

Cons: To be completely honest, there was an odd smell from maybe a cleaning solution in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. This was a small thing, hardly worth mentioning, but removing that smell would be a nice improvement.

Pros: Un appartement moderne, joliment meublé, confortable avec tout l'équipement necessaire, et très calme. A 10 minutes à pied de la station evangelismos et donc 20 minutes du centre historique d'Athènes. Un quartier agréable, avec de nombreux petits restaurants et bars authentiques. Et Giannis, propriétaire, est très attentif à ce que le séjour se déroule bien, et très réactif.
