Clean, comfortable, and well-located. Only minor issues from the weak AC and noisy refrigerator

Pros: Great location, Kolonaki is a charming and lively neighborhood. The apartment is very close to the Evangelismos subway station but if you like walking you can also reach so many interesting spots on foot. The view from the balcony is amazing! We absolutely loved our stay.

a gem of an apartment

Pros: Communication with the host was excellent...very helpful all along. The area was very quiet, and the views amazing. Some fabulous restaurants just a short stroll away, and a couple of minimarkets and a bigger supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. Given the size of athens, this was a real find, as we like somewhere quiet but still close to amenities. Probably about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square where the guards do their parading. For reference, it's near the the museum of cycladic art, and we used this as our uber drop off point. Great selection, too, of crockery and glasses for a glass of beer or wine on the balcony!

Cons: If I was being really picky, the mugs in the apartment had seen better days, so new mugs would be a bonus....yes, very picky I know!!

Pros: Property is very well lit, super clean and spacious. Window and views are amazing ! Safe neighbourhood, central,access to main attractions by foot. Plenty of nice restaurants cafes and shops by a short walking distance.

Pros: I loved the location, the view, it was very quiet, it had everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable as well. There is a lot of wardrobe space.

Cons: There was a little problem on my arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned, because the guest before had left very late. But the host reacted very quickly and after an hour, the apartment had been cleaned, and everything was fine. Since it was very hot in Athens, a cold bottle of water in the fridge would have been much appreciated. You should also be aware that there is no shade on the balcony because the awning could not be opened.

Perfect location, Airy, spacious comfortable

Pros: The Apartment is spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. Great storage. The Open aspect with the balcony was superb.
