Pros: The location was magnificent, just a short distance from the Evangelista subway station. The apartment offered free fruits, wine, tea, coffee, and water. Wi-Fi was excellent, hosts were available 24/7, and they were extremely friendly. Netflix was also available on TV. Additionally, a complimentary breakfast was provided just 50 meters away, including a glass of water, juice, coffee, and a tasty croissant—sufficient for a healthy start to the day. However, keep in mind that everything else would incur an additional charge.

Cons: The furniture has a charming vintage feel, though it might be considered a bit old. You can hear the lively sounds from the cafes below the windows, adding a vibrant atmosphere! Just a heads up, the way to turn on the hot water is a bit quirky, but it just adds to the character of the place!

Pros: I just had the pleasure of staying at a lovely apartment in the city center . The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean with many treats as gifts at the mini bar and free toiletries . But what truly set this place apart was the fantastic free breakfast offered every morning from the areas best bakery . The location couldn’t be better , I was in waking distance from all the restaurant cafes making it an ideal base for my two day stay . Big thanks to my host Angela for being very accommodating providing great recommendations. Can’t wait to return !!

Being first guest in friendly Kolonaki room

Pros: The owners were so friendly to contact me after reservation and waited until 23:30 in order to give the keys to me. The breakfast was included in a very nice and friendly bakery. The room was just in central Athens, clean and big enough. The landlady was personally interested in mu opinion and I admired that.

Cons: The hot water had a strange mechanism in order to be activated. A jet heater would do instead. The windows had no practical mechanism to slide open or fully opened, ar least one could be opened more practically.

Pros: I loved the location! I could walk to everything. The space was spotless, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast at Queen Bee was great!

Nous avons pu visiter Athènes à pied grâce à la situation du logement

Pros: Logement spacieux et très propre. Merci pour la petite attention: fruits, boissons fraîches et chaudes. Appartement très bien situé à Athènes, dans un beau quartier, proche du métro et des commerces. La propriétaire a été très flexible pour les heures d’arrivée et de départ.

Cons: Seul bémol est le fait que le logement, situé au rez-de-chaussée, se trouve juste en face d’un restaurant/bar dansant ce qui produit beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin malgré les fenêtres fermées.
