Amazing!

Pros: The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station and surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, and everything you might need. The area felt very safe; we explored everything on foot with a kid and even went out late at night without any issues. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the rooms were incredibly quiet, and all spaces were well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The highlight was Mr. Lampros, who welcomed us with exceptional kindness. He thoroughly explained how everything worked, shared useful recommendations for restaurants and activities, and provided outstanding support throughout our stay. He was always available, even for questions not directly related to the accommodation. We had an amazing experience in Greece, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful host and the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment — everything was absolutely perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Very comfortable for 4 people. A special thank you to Mr. Lampros, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Perfect location in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood, plenty of shops and restaurants.

Cons: Rarely mentioned in comments: the windows look out onto the back of the building, which can give a claustrophobic impression. Plus point: exceptionally quiet for Athens.

A very nice apartment in a calm neighbourhood

Pros: Nicely equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The washing machine and dryer are a fantastic bonus. The apartment was very clean and in a terrific location. The staff was very friendly and super helpful! Thanks Lampros & Maria!

Pros: I would highly recommend staying at Lampros' apartment. It has very comfortable beds and everything is modern and nicely decorated. We felt at home. The neighbourhood is quiet, filled with lovely restaurants, supermarkets and cafés and within an easy walking distance to all the main touristic atractions in Athens. Lampros made the most helpful recommendations and even arranged a private transport from the airport to his place, which was one of the best decisions that we made.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Home away from home.

Pros: Everything was great about this place. Location, cost, cleanliness, quiet, convenient to shopping, sightseeing and great eateries, great host and beautifully set up. An all inclusive kitchen, comfortable rooms and a very practical meals area. My suggestion of introducing a shower curtain in the bathroom was appreciated. Great to see a host getting proactive with suggestions. I will be a regular at this place, depending on availability.
