An exceptional stay in the heart of the Ancient Centre

Pros: We had an amazing stay here. Forget any of the reviews that say anything else! This is a spacious, clean and quiet apartment in the centre of an amazing area. With the Acropolis at the end of the street and plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep we cannot recommend it highly enough. The hosts were really kind and helpful when needed.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Except that we had to leave.

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment. Everything is close at hand 🙂

Very happy here and would recommend for solo traveller.

Pros: I’ve stayed on that same street in Athens before and so this was perfect for me. No traffic noise - it’s so good just to be able to walk out the door and set off to enjoy being in Athens without traffic. I came in low season so had a good deal. It really is the best time to visit Athens. The flat was so welcoming when I arrived after dark: wine, snacks etc. It’s really clean and comfortable so decided to extend my stay as the apartment was available. I met Elia, the owner, and had such a great conversation with her. Such a kind, interesting woman. I would be very happy to stay again. I also really liked being in a building with local residents: hearing someone piano practice, sounds of people coming and going, normal life, nothing intrusive. As I travelled alone I felt very safe and secure.

Cons: Just a few things missing from the kitchen if you want to self-cater: more cutlery and utensils and a bread toaster. And I think a full-length mirror would be a good addition.

Wonderful property in a gorgeous city

Pros: The location was excellent, lovely bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing, it was great and I would come back again

The best place you will stay, highly recommended

Pros: This is a one of a kind, one of the best place we stayed. Walking distance to Acropolis and most attractions. Close to a supermarket, restaurants. The place is a suite with everything you need, separate bedroom and kitchen and living room. Strong wifi. Sotiris and Ellia are very kind and responsive. We arrived early and they even messaged us when the room is ready to check-in. There is a luggage locker across the street. We recommend this place and will stay here again 100%! We had a lovely stay in Athens because we stayed here!

Very nice apartment, well equipped. Good location for tourists.

Pros: The apartment seemed to be very newly renovated, and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is close to a very large tourist area with many excellent restaurants, some with a direct view of the Acropolis. Walking around in the evening was a real pleasure.

Cons: The view from the tiny balcony is not interesting. But if you smoke, it's convenient to step out.

We had a lovely stay-great location, smooth communication, and a thoughtful host

Pros: The location is perfect-within walking distance to all major tourist sites, yet situated in a quiet and beautiful area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, which I really appreciated. It was also a very thoughtful gesture from the host to leave water, wine, and some snacks in the fridge-it made us feel truly welcome!

Cons: The apartment doesn't have much of a view, as it faces an internal courtyard with nearby verandas

9 night stay

Pros: Best area to stay, near supermarket shops, cafes etc very spacious nicely decorated, new sofa and comfortable bed. Ellia was a very hospitable and pleasant host.

Pros: Very hard to better the location. Close to restaurants and bars etc.

Cons: Being older we found the bed a bit firm for our aging hips. But we were not cold or anything, just we like a slighty softer bed.

Pros: Very clean and spacious. A few minutes walk from restaurants and bars. The host is very responsive and helped us when we needed immediately. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again
