Modern apartment with a huge terrace

Recommended this apartment is superb.

Pros: Owner and the manager were very helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags inside the apartment for 1 day when we were out of Athens.

Cons: Wi-Fi didn't work.

Cons: it’s mainly the neighborhood, but limited hot water. and if not accustomed to Athens and the immediate area there is a odur. not coming from the apartment but outside from the streets

Pros: Очень чисто, хорошая красивая квартира, все удобно. Хозяин при бронировании очень подробно расписал процесс заезда и отправил большое количество полезных рекомендаций: рестораны, достопримечательности, бары, места с красивым видом и так далее.

Cons: Лифт не работал. Расположение нехорошее. Район с большим количеством мигрантов, порой не хочешь выходить из дома из-за этого. К плюсам можно отнести близость к метро, рядом есть немало кафе и магазинов.

Cons: Very minor pet peeve. It was very hot when I came, so with the refrigerator being outside, it takes much more time to cool drinks than expected at the coldest setting. I would put drinks in the freezer first to cool a two liter soda in a timely manner.

A cozy hidden gem for a great price

Pros: The neighborhood may look a little more rugged than some of the others but I wouldn't let that deter you! The people in the area were friendly. The street was quiet. Felt totally safe even walking alone late at night. Two metro stops providing direct access to two lines, with connection to the third line only a few stops away, both within easy walking distance. A selection of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are also nearby. And not only is there a huge terrace that doubles as a dining area, there's also a small balcony off the bedroom with a gorgeous view. And when I had to suddenly extend my stay another night, Andrey was extremely helpful

Cons: The only very tiny flaw was that the wifi/internet was a little spotty. I wouldn't count on it if you need to do any extensive online work, but it sufficed for my needs. And it may have only been a temporary issue. I was only there a few days she didn't spend much time in the apartment

Pros: Close to Attiki and Victoria metro lines so provides easy access to to the Red and Green lines. Absolutely spotless. A number of markets within a few minutes walk. The balcony outside the living room is absolutely huge, but there is also a second smaller balcony from the bedroom that overlooks a beautiful old church and square!
