Pros: amazing location, renivated appartment, with all amenities included bright location with plenty of loght well furnished fully equipped kitchen. a home away from home. all amenities 1 street down(small grocery store pharmacies hospital banks cafes)) walking distance from all the tourists areas and buses tramways 5 min walk to sintagma. very safe and secure neighborhood. chic neighborhood with choc boutiques. 2 minute walk from the kolonaki plateia and 2 minute walk to the teleferik lykavito. very quiet street amazing staff very clean premises and very quiet. elevator for upper floors. that goes straight to your appartment cute terrace and huge balcony to enjoy your morning coffe. will definitely be back. the owners very quick to respond at all hours amazing customer servjce. heating and air condirioning available.plenty of windows and balconies. we rent the 2 bedroom appartment on the 3rd flooron deinokratous kolonaki was more than what we expected.

Cons: honestly nothing everything was perfect and if any problem arosed the owners were very quick to respond at all hours.

Nice and confortable apartment for a group or family in a nice area in Athens

Pros: This is a very nice and comfortable apartment in a very nice neighborhood in Athens. Small and narrow streets, lots of nice restaurants. Rooms were confortable, kitchen reasonably equipped, access via key code was no problem. the main room has a very high ceiling and nice atmosphere. Little interaction needed with hosts.

Cons: We did have a small problem with lighting - it was not clear how to turn on some of the lighting in the main room, and we did not get a useful reply from hosts, but since most of the lights worked this was not a real issue.

Pros: Great place, excellent location - definitely will be staying here again!

Designer escape in the heart of Kolonaki, Athens

Pros: The apartment is exceptionally spacious for Athens, located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Kolonaki yet still within easy reach of all major sites and attractions. It is tastefully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining and lounge area that are wonderfully comfortable - we often didn’t want to leave! We especially appreciated the automatic block-out shutters in the downstairs room and the extra-large baby camp cot. After long days exploring the city, the dreamy, inviting beds were the perfect retreat. Some stairs to get to the 3 bedroom apartment BUT there is a lift too! :) Super easy and efficient check in. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. PERFECT for families with little ones.

Cons: If I were to be ultra-critical, the downstairs bathroom would benefit from a deep clean to address some mould build-up. The upstairs bathroom is quite compact for an adult, though it worked well for our children who ended up using it. A baby high chair would also have been a wonderful addition

Perfect stay for a small group!

Pros: Apartment was great, comfortable, good amenities and great location!

Cons: Some liquid or tablets for the washing machine would have been nice 😊
