Pros: Nice neighbourhood, Silent and only 10 minutes waking from Sydagma Square . Extremely friendly owner , daily cleaning service

Cons: Nothing negative to mention

Pros: The property is great. I really liked the clever interior design solutions they found for the apart... I was not worried at all about the stairs everyone talks about, but I did traveled in winter and with a small luggage. Room was spotless, mattress was really good and Mary (the host) very communicative. Although located in a nice leafy area, close to bars, restaurants and Metro, the room was quiet.

Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable — I woke up with a sore neck. Also, the front door is extremely noisy when other guests close it at night, which is quite disruptive and could easily be fixed.

Comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Athens.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Athens. Marry was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our visit. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from the funicular to Lycabettus Hill and a 9-minute walk from Evangelismos station, with most of the best areas easily walkable. The property was very aesthetic, smelled lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily, which was a huge bonus.

Cons: Everything was great, just the hot water in the shower runs out quite quickly, so the second person has to wait a bit before showering. However, this seems to be a common issue in Athens and didn’t significantly affect our stay.

A wonderful boutique hotel for everyone who loves a view

Pros: A calm and beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The service is great. I was allowed to keep my suitcase with the hotel for my trip to an island nearby and during my last day after checkout. The communication was great and I felt really safe and welcome. You have to love walking stairs. I do. So it was a great walk down the hill into the centre.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Stylish, clean and with attention to detail.

Beautiful 1930s property in quiet location away from the crowds

Pros: This is really gorgeous property, and managed by the helpful and lovely Mary! The room was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. Kolonaki is full of good cafés and restaurants and the building located at the foot of Lycabettus Hill.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about the property itself. It is a bit of a hike up all the stairs from the Metro after a long day sightseeing. However, it is easy to get a taxi, and then only one flight of stairs.

Pros: Super clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities.

Perfect stay

Pros: This is the most beautiful accommodation in Athens. Directly located at Lycabettus Hill, you have nice coffees, restaurants and shops around you but are also close to a wonderful park. The room is modern and is perfectly equipped.

A lovely boutique hotel in a great, quiet location

Pros: A lovely, clean apartment in this hotel which is right next to the funicular for the Lycabettus Hill. Our 'room' consisted of a kitchen, bathroom/toilet, spacious bedroom and balcony. About a 15 minute walk downhill into the City Centre...20 minutes coming back...a lot of steps on the way but helps burn off those huge Greek helpings. Loads of lovely modern Greek, Italian and other restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away but very quiet through the night. Nice balconies to some rooms which get the sun from from about 10am to 5pm (in early October). Really helpful owner and a lovely stay. Would definitely consider again if heading back to Athens.

Cons: All good!

Pros: It was extremely smooth, and Mari was so attentive. The room is very clean and comfortable, it has all what I needed, they offered all the beverages for free which is so lovely.
