Kolonaki Spacious 1 Bd Apt with Outdoor Patio

Pros: Very spacious, much unlike some other crammed spaces in Kolonaki. Very quiet street. Mosquito plug in the bedside drawer was an extra plus at this season.

Cons: Three minor points: Take a taxi, don't arrive by subway, unless you don't mind lugging your suitcase up 200 steps. Would have been great if someone had wiped down the tiled floor, it was unfortunately dusty when I arrived - not a great barefoot walking experience. Size of the sink in the bathroom is in stark contrast to the space of the apartment.

Pros: Prime location, very spacious for a single person or couple, decent kitchen facilities and aircon. Easy to walk down the city center. Just a couple of minutes from the Lycabettus cable car. No issues with communication / getting the key.

Cons: Getting back from downtown up the hill, on foot, not so easy. Some spots on the couches and tables.

Pros: Spacious room. Just a few steps to the cablecar to the top of Lycabettus. Close to metrostation.

Pros: I checked-in early immediately after I arrived from airport. Clean, quiet and large space. Wonderful location in Athens with many facilities.

Decent for the price

Pros: Location, ease of access, price. Excellent communication from owner.

Cons: Matress was uncomfortable and thin. Blinds didn't work so very dark. No soundproofing, so apartment above was noisy.

Best location in Kolonaki, with the nicest shower in Athens

Best you can wish for a low budget

Pros: Very quiet place to stay, a few steps from the Teleferik base station. Tell the taxi driver Teleferik, not the street name. You need a taxi if you carry more than a rucksack. It's steep climbing every time, up to 200 stairs depending on the route you take. After a week our legs were in great shape. Very fast Wi-Fi. The apartment had everything we needed.

Cons: We should have taken our Chromecast with us, so we could have watched own tv-programs via mobile device. Greek tv is of course incomprehensible. There was fortunately Digital concert hall installed, so I listened to that in the evenings. Teleferik is rather expensive, we used it only once for coming down from the restaurant in the dark. Up is 8 Euro per person, down 6.

Μια χαρά

Pros: Ηταν αρκετά άνετο ,η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή (10 λεπτά από το Μετρό του Ευαγγελισμού και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο Του Κολωνακίου ). Καθαρό σπίτι σε ημιυπόγειο ,εύκολο το check in .Σε γενικές γραμμές για την τιμή του ήταν αρκετά τίμιο .

Cons: Η διαρρύθμιση και θα εξηγήσω .Το κρεβάτι είναι σε ένα σημείο πάνω στο δρόμο στην ουσία και στην είσοδο του σπιτιού με αποτέλεσμα να ακούς τα πάντα ,εντάξει είναι πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά ,αλλά όταν μπαίνει κάποιος πολυκατοικία ή αν είναι απέξω και μιλάνε θα ενοχληθείς .Θα μπορούσε να μπει το κρεβάτι στην μέση του διαμερίσματος και να μην υπάρχει αυτό το θέμα. Πάντως θα ξαναέμενα.

En buena zona pero de complicado acceso

Pros: El apartamento es ENORME, de hecho si los dos sofás que tienen fueran cama, podrían estar 6 personas sin problema alguno. La amplitud es a destacar sin duda. Ayuda a encontrarte muy cómodo y el detalle de dejar dos mapas de la ciudad es a destacar, aunque si hubieran añadido alguna recomendación de restaurantes etc., habría sido aún mejor.

Cons: No tiene luz natural, puesto que se trata casi de un entresuelo. Las almohadas son de plumas..., este tipo de almohadas es algo muuuuy particular, con ellas prácticamente duermes en el colchón y el.dolor de cuello al día siguiente es asegurado. Con una imposible, con 2 te duele el cuello considerablemente..., creo que deberían tener otro tipo más duro por si lo necesitas. Aunque tiene lavadora (en muy buen estado) no había detergente. Creo que tener un tarrito con un poco de detergente para 2-3 lavados, sería un detallazo, ya que los huéspedes no van a comprar detergente lógicamente. En general limpio, pero no abrimos las ventanas porque ciertamente necesitan una limpieza a fondo, lo mismo que la cafetera de la cocina. En 15-20 min estás en Sintagma y bajar bien la verdad, el problema es subir.... agotador, un sin fin de escaleras o cuestas en su defecto, suuuuper empinadas. El barrio de Kolonaki es así.. Menos mal que de Sintagma al apartamento en taxi son entre 6-7€. Como está al lado del Teleférico (literal) el trasiego de taxis es contante.

Pros: Πεντακάθαρο καλόγουστο περιποιημένο σε άριστη περιοχή, με ησυχία.
