Pros: Location is great. Sea and all the transport we needed was in few minutes of walking. Same applies to the supermarkets and restaurants. Early check-in was available which is also a big plus.

Cons: The apartment is not soundproofed and is located next to the elevator. So it was not possible to sleep in the morning and even in the late evening. That's our only concern, but it is important to improve that.

Pros: 5 minutes from a lovely pebble beach,loads of coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy and a supermarket all in walking distance. 20 min max from acropolis and main attractions Cosy garden and all the basics covered. Lovely hosts, they accommodated a late check out

Pros: We stayed for a week, and I must say that everything was clean, nice and fantastic. Fully furbished, modern, location is great, Malvina was an awesome host, extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect apartman. Can not wait to go back. Thanks once again.

Pros: Small, cozy apartment, good shower. Comfortable bed, big balcony.

Cons: The view could be better, you can see the roof of a shop and the side of another house.

Pros: We have stayed in the apartment FH10 for about 14 days. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the lovely owners. They took their time to welcome us and explain everything the appartment offered. They also recommended us a very nice place to eat which was located only a block away. The apartment itself came equiped with everything you would need for your comfort for a longer stay. Near the place there are supermarkets, pharmacies, fruits & vegetable markets, restourants, coffee places... And it was only a short 3min walk away from the seaside beach and a 15-20min drive to the center of athens. The location is perfect it is close to everything and yet it is still peaceful and in a very nice calm neighbourhood. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to coming again.

Wonderful stay in Athens

Pros: Homz team were very professional from the beginning. Malvina coordinated our checkin and checkout very efficiently and gave us a lot of recommendations. The location is great for swimming, close to many nice beaches. Connections to the center are easy and very nearby as well. Overall, better than a regular hotel room in the same region for sure.

Cons: We liked everything. Only thing that could improve is an optional cleaning service for a small fee or for free. We stayed for a week and at the end the room was getting a bit dirty.

Pros: Malvina was a perfect host , very informative. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was spotless and modern , very comfortable, and didn't want for anything . Well located. Would stay again
