Pros: A localização é boa. Na zona costeira, perto do Parque e da Marina de Flisbos, perto de supermercados e praças de alimentação. Depois de estarmos familiarizados com a rede de transportes públicos, verificamos que tem boas acessibilidades.

Cons: A limpeza do apartamento deixa a desejar. As camas individuais estavam cheias de migalhas e restos de comida. Cheira muito a fumo de cigarro. Os utensílios de cozinha, como facas, saca rolhas, copos (alguns rachados), precisam ser substituídos. O barulho do elevador foi incómodo, durante a noite. Nas fotos parece um apartamento mais moderno e clean, do que na realidade é.
