Romantic Love-Nest Studio Near Acropolis & Metro

Very convenient location in quiet residential area

Pros: Very conveniently located in the heart of Athens but in a pleasant, quiet, residential area with local restaurants and shops. The bakery across the road is exceptional! Athens sites are within walking distance and so is the metro, markets and the more touristy entertainment areas. Property management is extremely fast to respond and helpful.

Cons: Not really a huge problem but be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Heavy suitcases need to be hauled up the stairs.

pleasant stay in a suitable location

Pros: The facility fully met our expectations. Everything was seamless. Even when, through our own carelessness, we could not get to the balcony because we had closed the window door incorrectly, we received immediate help. Frankly, quicker than I would have expected. The owners are very nice and friendly in communication. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay

Pros: Great location, comfortable stay. Was great having a washing machine. We requested a second key as we had separate plans in Athens one of the days and the host was very responsive and organised this quickly which was great.

Centrally located

Pros: Centrally located large apartment with an outside balcony to sit or dry clothes. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and kitchen facilities were excellent

Cons: The air con didn't get very cold, though it was 38 degrees outside

Convenient location and confortable

Pros: 3 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes from the tourist area. Very comfortable, with Aircon, kitchen and clean.

Pros: The location is extraordinary, near all the important sightings in Atena, restaurants and markets.

Тихая квартира для отличного сна и отдыха

Pros: Заселялись самостоятельно по присланной инструкции, в номере очень тихо и чисто. Мне вообще нравится этот район с узкими улочками, где минимум автомобилей и шума. Задернули шторы и оказались в тишине и темноте, спали, как младенцы. Всё, что нужно в квартире имеется: плита, микроволновка, балкончик, рабочий стол. Отдельно порадовало наличие книг, почитала пару страниц Одиссеи на греческом. Добираться удобно, акрополь и метро в шаговой доступности.

Cons: немного не поняли, что делать, если утром заперта входная дверь, боялись, что не сможем выйти. Но в наш отъезд было открыто, так что решать проблему не пришлось. Еще не очень хорошо работал wifi, но для отдыха это даже лучше)

Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Balkon

Pros: Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, super Lage und eine hervorragende Bäckerei direkt vor der Tür. Bei Problemen hat das Personal sich immer direkt und zuverlässig bei uns gemeldet. Der Transfer nachts von der Unterkunft zum Flughafen mit dem Fahrer Chris verlief reibungslos und war sehr angenehm. Von der Wohnung aus konnte bequem zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Athen erkunden.

Cons: Das einzige Manko war das Bad, da der Rest der Wohnung in einem neueren Zustand zu sein scheint und das Bad dann doch abgenutzter wirkte bzw. am ehesten da Probleme auftraten. Bei Anmerkung kümmert sich das Personal aber bei Bedarf sofort darum.

Pros: Κοντά στο κέντρο! ανακαινισμενο διαμέρισμα και πολύ καθαρό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Pros: Posizione eccellente, proprio a lato della strada che porta all'Acropoli. Da qui si raggiungono comodamente tutti i luoghi di interesse principali a piedi o al massimo con la metro. A 10 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metro per l'aeroporto, a 5 minuti c'è la fermata per il Pireo. Inoltre c'è un'ottima panetteria dall'altro lato della strada e 2 supermercati a 5 minuti a piedi. La comunicazione con l'host è stata rapidissima. La cucina è molto ben fornita di stoviglie e elettrodomestici. Utili i 4 fornelli (spesso se ne trovano meno)

Cons: L'appartamento non è ben isolato dai rumori. Fortunatamente, trovandosi in una strada secondaria, questo non è un grosso problema.
