Nice apartment at a really great location
Pros: The location of this apartment is great. It is in a nice, calm location, and everything is walking distance- it's really close to the metro station, to Monastiraki square, to Acropolis, the Acropolis museum and all the vibrant locations... The apartment itself is really nice also. The beds were comfortable, there is a lot of space in the closets, the bathroom is big, the living room is really nice also. The communication with the hosts was clear and they responded almost immediately to every question. It was easy to find the keys of the apartment and get to the apartment thanks to really clear instructions of the hosts. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
Cons: If I had to be picky, the bathroom wasn't really really clean upon our arrival (some hair on the floor) and the shower wasn't draining. However when I wrote to the hosts about the problem with the shower, they immediately found someone who came to fix it the next day and then it worked fine. Also it was quite cold in the apartment (we were there in february); it was possible to heat it with the air conditioner but I was still cold. So I would just recommend to everyone coming in the colder months to have enough of warm clothes to wear inside also, especially if you tend to be cold quickly like me.

Pros: The location of the house is excellent, in a quiet street, a stone's throw from the archaeological area, there is a large supermarket 20 meters away and an excellent bakery right under the house.
Cons: Very clean house, equipped with everything needed; we spent a week here and had a great time.

Pros: We were at this apartment for 4 nights in May. We were a group of 4 people and this was perfect accommodation for us. The apartment is really spacious and it has all necessary amenities, to the smallest detail. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is really nice, although in centre of the city, it was pretty quiet. Nearby, you can find bakery, cafe and super market within minutes, and Thisio is really charming. The location is ideal for sightseeing, Monastiraki, Acropolis, Syntagma and other sights are in walking distance. The hosts were really helpful and they responded immediately. Everything was perfectly organised and we really had beautiful time here. We strongly recommend this apartment. Hope to come again soon!

Pros: We hebben een héérlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement is gelegen op een goede locatie, is ruim, netjes ingericht en beschikt over voldoende ruimte. De eigenaren zijn echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige aandachtspunt is de staat van de houten kast in de slaapkamer; deze is echt aan vervanging toe. De keukenlades kunnen ook een poetsbeurt gebruiken. Verder was alles top!

Pros: Μείναμε 4 βράδια, από τις 2/1 έως 6/1. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το διαμερισμα είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο, ενώ βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία για να εξερευνήσετε το ιστορικό κέντρο. Ο σταθμός μετρό Θησείο απέχει μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος βρίσκονται σε ακτίνα ενός χιλιομέτρου. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Great location, good value. Would recommend.
Pros: Location is in a fantastic part of Athens, with an easy walk to the Parthenon and plaza with lots of street vendors. Host provided nespresso pods which was an appreciated perk.
Cons: Only minor issue was that the apartment was advertised as 2 BR/3 beds, but there weren’t any linens for the 3rd bed (pull out sofa). I messaged the host but he didn’t see the message until the next morning, and he delivered bedding to the apartment. So my son had to “rough it” one night without any sheets. I would just suggest that the host more clearly define the bedding situation, but I do appreciate his remediation!

We are already planning our next visit in Athens and hope we can stay at this property again.
Pros: What can I say! The apartment is in the best location possible. Everything is right there -within walking distance of public transportation, tourists attractions, museums, fine restaurants, etc. You step out of the building, walk about meters and you see the Acropolis -amazing!
Cons: There is nothing I did not like about this property, the managers or the neighborhood. I forget to mention that just around the corner you have a supermarket where you can shop all your groceries or other items you forgot to bring with you.
