An excellent stay!
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.
Cons: Like the other reviews, there can be a bit of noise coming off the street, but you can’t hear anything towards the back bedroom.

Everything met or exceeded expectations and I’d stay here again!
Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment with all the amenities that you need in a great central location for key attractions and nightlife.
Cons: A stronger wifi would have been better but the host is working on that!

Pros: We adored the position of this lovely flat, 5 mins from Plaka and 10 mins in the opposite direction from Syntagma, with a whole world of lovely bars, shops, bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket right next to you. It is beautifully done, with a luxurious, comfortable bed and sofabed and a new, really lovely kitchen. As a space, it's tasteful, full of light, with beautiful wooden floors. The staff were extremely responsive and kind.
Cons: If you use the sofabed in the sitting room, it is a bit noisy at night as there is a lively bar just opposite.

Modern, clean, compact and well appointed apartment in a great location.
Pros: A very clean, compact, modern and well appointed apartment in a great location. It really is all you need for a couple exploring Athens. Very central to everything. The double glazing made for quiet enjoyment. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Nice also to have an elevator to the apartment. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay as I’ve said the getting in at the start of the holiday and the awful last 24 hours put a downer on the
Pros: It’s location is fantastic..the flat was clean and everything worked
Cons: We were given the wrong code to the Key box and it took 45 minutes to sort the problem!! For the last 24 hours of our stay we had problems with the water,plus the drains and toilet was blocked!! This only started to happen when a couple with a young child moved in upstairs above us..I in formed the agency about the problem and asked what we were supposed to do about our toilet needs for the last 24 hours but was only told they couldn’t get someone out to unblock the toilet and drain at the present time!! Which I and my wife were disgusted in hearing!!! At NO time did we put paper towels or any other garbage in the toilet as we have been to Greece many times and know what they’re toilets are like.

Everything you need for your stay in Athens
Pros: Located in great location, close to Plaka, Syntagma and Ermou. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Exterior of the building looks a little average but this is common in Athens.

Pros: It is very well situated, in pedestrian little street near center. The stuff was very polite at the end, and allow us late departure from accomodation, due to late flight during the day.
Cons: The flat itself is very dark during the day, and thus very cold, even in May. The base plan of the flat is pretty outstreched, so there is draught everywhere, and you must be careful esspecially if you are traveling with baby. When you observe photographs on Booking, you will think that it is brand new, but in reality it looks like after 10 years of exploatation. It was clean inside the flat, but the inside of the building, steps, elevator and even the door of the apartment from the outside is completely covered in thick layer of dust, and it seems that the building authorities are disfunct completely. Ratio value price is not good in this case... they even extra charged cot for the baby.

Pros: Sehr zentrale Lage, große Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Bars und Cafés direkt vor dem Haus (aber Schlafzimmer nach hinten - sehr ruhig).

Heerlijk verblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken op een super ligging in een leuke wijk! Aanrader :-)
Pros: De ligging is perfect, dichtbij het centrum. Het is ruim en voorzien van airco. De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken. Het appartement is leuk ingericht en de service was goed. Alles werd goed uitgelegd en er werd contact met ons opgenomen of alles goed was. Ook bij vertrek was er contact. De uitleg over het verkrijgen van de sleutel is duidelijk. In het appartement zijn handdoeken, spullen om af te wassen, vuilniszakken en verzorgingsproducten. Goed verzorgd. Het bed is heerlijk en er is kastruimte voor je spullen.
Cons: De locatie ligt boven 3 bars. Dit wisten we, maar het geluid zou niet te horen zijn in de slaapkamer. Dat klopt tot op zekere hoogte. Echter het barpersoneel haalt spullen uit de centrale hal, waardoor de deur laat op de avond regelmatig open en dicht geknald wordt. Ook is het gehorig. De bovenburen waren goed te horen. Geen idee of dit ook een verhuur appartement is of vaste bewoners zijn. Desondanks zouden wij het appartement opnieuw boeken, omdat het goed beviel. Met een paar oordoppen is dit redelijk te verhelpen.
