Pros: The Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Location in the very center.

Cons: loud air conditioners outside

Ideal Base for Exploring Athens

Pros: As someone who travels frequently and is originally from Athens, I can confidently say this is the best place I have ever stayed in the city. The apartment is modern, very spacious, spotless, quiet, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could need. Its location is perfect for both business and sightseeing in central Athens. The host is attentive and easy to reach.

Cons: If I had to mention something, the kitchen is on the small side (though this didn’t bother me), and since the apartment is on the ground floor—which was perfect for me—the view isn’t particularly spectacular. That said, this is quite common in Athens.

Pros: Wonderful apartments located in a perfect spot — right in the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. Everything is close by, and the place is very clean and tidy. The mattress is comfortable, the bed linen is impeccably clean, and there are plenty of towels. We didn’t cook at home, but for those who need it, there is a fully equipped kitchen, an iron, and a washing machine. There is also a small balcony. The owner is excellent — all check-in instructions were clear and detailed. We were very satisfied — far better than the hotels we usually booked in this area.

Pros: The house was undoubtedly in a very central and safe location. Nothing was missing, and every detail had been meticulously considered. The cleaning was excellent. We thank Yanos for his prompt communication.

Pros: Very good location in the center, felt like a safe area and building. Walking distance from major objectives and metro stations. Well equiped kitchen, free coffee and welcome water, good quality bed sheets. Clear communication with the host.

Cons: Cleaning could have been better - some dust here and there, towels very worn out, shower cabin a bit mouldy.

Fabulous location, quiet and comfortable - highly recommend!

Pros: This was in such a beautiful location - in the hub of Plaka but very quiet and comfortable too! I felt very safe and secure here It was so close to everything y id want to see in Athens! Great communication with staff and directions were very clear and helpful

Pros: My wife and son and I stayed in this house. The location is really good. It was within walking distance of all the tourist attractions and in a very clean neighborhood. The house was on the ground floor with a high entrance. We only had to walk two blocks to go shopping. On our return, we took the metro to the airport, and transportation was very easy. The house was perfectly suitable for a family of three. Our host was very supportive. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but I told him our flight was at 6:00 PM, and he said it would be okay if we postponed our check-out time. My son also had a minor illness and vomited on the sheets. When I called our host, he immediately intervened and sent us new sheets. We would love to stay here again on our second trip!

Pros: All facilities were very clean and the apartment had everything we needed, cooking utensils, crockery, air con, comfortable bed and washing machine

Cons: External facilities were poor. When we booked the apartment the add showed a shot of the Acropolis from the open rooftop and the rear balcony showed open leafy green area. However there was no access to open view of Acropolis and no leafy green balcony but a large exhaust duct approx four metres away on the building next door that sounded like a Boeing Dreamliner.

Fantastic location- has everything you need!

Pros: Fantastic location, clean, air conditioned - has everything you need. Great value for money.

Cons: The outlook from the balcony not that great a few looked after plants would fix the situation.

If we ever visit Athens again, this apartment will definitely be our first choice without hesitation.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.The apartment was super clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is more than excellent and all the places and restaurants we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The area felt very safe, and we never felt worried or uncomfortable during our stay. The hosts were kind and helpful whenever we reached out.

Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit slow and the sofa bed barely fit our two teens but those were minor issues compared to all the positives.
