Overall, no real negatives
Pros: Very attentive host and great location. I even bought a metro pass for my whole stay but ended up using it only to go back to the airport, since I was able to do everything on foot. The apartment delivers exactly what is promised in the listing.
Cons: Just note that the bathroom is extremely small, which can be a bit inconvenient when using the toilet or showering. However, I had already seen this mentioned in other reviews, so I was aware of it and didn’t mind.

Pros: The location was excellent. It was clean and tidy. Good sized room.
Cons: There was no cutlery, even a spoon for coffee. A very small thing but would have been good.

We had a great stay, just off the main hubub of the city but an easy walk. The room was spotless.
Pros: We received clear instructions on how to find the property from the airport. Key code were received well in time.

Pros: The room is quite nice, quite large with a fridge and decent AC. Plenty of towels and very quiet on my floor. For the price in Athens, definitely recommended, and good connections to many locations
Cons: The shower is very small and a bit smelly. Also the elevator is very tiny and if someone does not close the door properly it won't move (which is not nice when on the 6th floor)

great budget stay
Pros: close to everything we needed, facilities were pretty good and didn’t necessarily bother us. tv and wifi worked great.
Cons: shower was more of a hose than a shower as it wasn’t connected to the wall and you had to hold it, bed was a little uncomfortable, aircon wasn’t the greatest.

For this price it’s pretty good apartment.
Pros: Good personnel, nice location, especially park nearby ;) Room was good, everything you need you have inside. We asked for iron, personal kindly left it in the room.
Cons: Kinda Small shower, cups little bit dirty.

Pros: Very close to the center, walking distance. Great system to check in and out on your own. Coffee, Coffee machine, tea, kettle, mugs included. Nice air conditioning.
Cons: The only thing we missed was some storage space, shelves maybe. And some plates, cutlery.

Pros: Overall a nice little private flat at a good location.
Cons: The bathroom. You have to sit sideways on the toilet. The sink is impractically small for washing hands. When showering the water can leak into the room because there is a big gap under the door. Weak/low pressure cold water. Not a single hook anywhere to hang your clothes or towels. WiFi was working but struggling sometimes.

Pros: Amazing location for Athens city, was about a 5-10 min walk to monastiraki square and metro. The shower was buzzy as but we didn’t mind it. Didn’t see staff much but everything was manageable.

Great location and kind host
Pros: The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city really easy. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and overall, the value for money was quite decent. I would recommend this place to flexible young couples looking for a good base in Athens.
Cons: The only downside for me was that the bathroom/toilet was quite small, but still manageable.
