ERMES 2-BD Retreat with Acropolis view

Pros: Clean sheets and house. We stayed in january. Heating was sufficient. Great spot in the city. Easy to walk anywhere. Esp night life.

Cons: The area of the house is a bit in the slum not upscale neighborhood with lots of wholesalers around. But it was fine.

Pros: Apartment is ideal for 3-4 people. It was clean, 10 min walk to city centre and close to bar/restaurants. The owner was super nice and quickly addressed our questions/concerns.

Pros: Exceptional value for money, location a little out of main through fair but 2 minutes to bars and restaurants, all sights within 30 minutes walk.

Amazing views and very comfortable stay

Pros: Giannis was a fantastic host and was really quick to respond to our various questions. The view of the acropolis from the living room is amazing and is completely unobstructed. The size of the apartment is also very comfortable and we loved that we could use the washing machine - which was needed after a week of travelling. We really enjoyed your stay!

Cons: While the location of the apartment is amazing for the views, we do not recommend people to go left when leaving the building and instead should head out to Monastiraki (on the right). We headed the other way and encountered a pretty rough side of Athens which was pretty confronting.

A great base for exploring all that Athens has to offer! Super convenient location :)

Pros: The location was excellent - so close to many cafes and restaurants and just a 15 minute walk from the Acropolis. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed and having AC was such a bonus!

Family holiday

Pros: Good location, close to the center and metro station. Beautiful view of the Acropolis from the living room. Across the street there is a cafe, a small park with a fountain. The district leading here is full of life at night with its graffiti.

Pros: Everything is great. The room is very clean. There are two balconies. The large windows in the living room can see the Acropil. It's very beautiful!! I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The landlord is very warm and all the facilities are very good. Friends who come to Athens, I recommend everyone to stay~

Pros: It is a self contained unit that has tea and coffee provided. We could easily walk to small supermarkets for essentials and access local bakeries, cafes and restaurants.

Cons: The property location is good being right on the edge of Omonia, between Omonia and Monastiraki subway / metro station. When we arrived we hopped off at Omonia and walked within 10 minutes to the apartment but after walking around and exploring we found that Monastiraki was a much nicer and easier to access subway / metro station.

Very nice stay!

Pros: The amazing view of the Acropolis when you wake up in the morning and at night, simply brilliant! The close proximity to all the landmarks was excellent. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the place for visitors.

Cons: The shower unit was a bit annoying as the floor outside the unit got wet with the shower water splashing out and had to be mopped after every use.
