Renovated City Center Studio

Pros: Overall stay was very good, good value for money & good facilities 👍

Cons: Bathroom had a bit of a leak, from the ceiling

Good city flat

Pros: Very easy check in and check out. The location is decent. The flat was also very clean and everything worked. The bathroom is small as some have noted, but it is a small city flat so that is to be expected. Overall this was a good place to stay and I'd happily choose it again.

For the same price, better options exist but this is still one of the better stays

Pros: Easy access to the city, comfortable and clean room,

Cons: The toilet is basically inside of the shower, the view outside is walls upon walls and neighboring balconies are only a few meters away

Pros: Had all the amenities we needed from coffee to olive oil for cooking. Good communication with the owner

Cons: Very noisy. We could hear the other guests arriving at late hours of the night. Also cleaning could be better and the bed sheets had the smell of cigars

A little space away from the busy city

Pros: Exactly as described. A cheep apartment a stones throw away from the middle of the city. Little kitchen helps to shave more off your holiday. Great contact with host prior to arrival with all the information you need.

Cons: Nothing. All good

Pros: Very good value for money. Great contact with the host. Convenient location. Clean apartment, well equipped with the most necessary appliances (a big plus for the kettle, coffee and tea). I recommend this place and the owner!

Cons: Very small bathroom (but well working). For such a favourable price, I have no objections.

Great location and value, ideal for a solo traveller short stay.

Pros: Great location, I was able to walk to everywhere I needed to go for a short stay. Good for a solo traveller. Easy lockbox collection of keys. Has the amenities you would need to not have to eat out every day with a stovetop and fridge.

Cons: Bathroom was small, fine for a single person on a short stay but for two people or a longer period might get annoying.

Great location and good value for money

Pros: The highlight was the location of this studio. Just 2-3 min. walk to the center. As for the room, the mattress and the pillows are comfortable. Since it´s facing the inner part of the building it is also calm during the night. Good value for money. Would recommend and would book again.

Cons: The bathroom is small, i.e. there´s no shower available really, only a shower curtain making sure you don´t splash the water all around, which was for me not a problem, however for a taller man it might be a big challenge. The little shelf above the sink and the sink in the bathroom are too close to each other, basically you can´t lean forward to wash your face without hitting your head on it, or alternatively you just splash all the water around.. Cleanliness is not at the highest level I must say, especially the floor and there was dust everywhere, this has to be improved. The little balcony is facing the inside sort of a courtyard. There are quite a few pigeons flying around, and I´ve had some issues with insects flying inside, so would recommend installing a mosquito net on the balcony door. Nevertheless, I´d recommend this studio, once in Athens, there´s too much to see and do to be locked inside a room :)

Convenient studio, great value for money

Pros: Nice studio with everything you need Netflix and big tv was a plus for us. Very good value for money.

Cons: The towels were old…but clean

Pros: La relación precio calidad es muy buena. Tiene lo necesario para cocinar si queres ahorrar un poco. Pudimos hacer check in casi 1 hora antes de lo pactado.

Cons: Lo único es que el balcón no se puede usar mucho porque hay bastante caca de paloma, pero nada grave.
