Pros: The host Georges was very welcoming, polite, and kind man. He waited for us late at night until we arrived home. Moreover he kindly helped us since my mother and I arrived quite late, and many supermarkets were closed nearby he brought us some food and drink . The following days Georges answered all our questions very well, whether about the sites or transport. The apartment’s location is very convenient — just 3 minutes on foot from the Neos Kosmos metro station. It’s a quiet home, specially if you keep the windows closed. The apartment is very clean and good aerated, all the electrical tools work well including the both air conditioning. The bed is so very comfortable, and the sofa bed is also very comfortable.
Cons: There are only two small disadvantages: \t•\tFor my mother of 80 years old it was a bit difficult, because the street leading to the apartment is slightly uphill. However, on one side the slope is gentler, and with no real difficulty she managed to walk every day. \t•\tThe shower is quite small, which could be a challenge for larger people (like my mother).

Perfect apartment close to the metro station
Pros: Everything was just perfect at this apartment. The owner was more than kind and helpful with us. He waited for us with wine, juice, coffee and water. The apartment was new and very clean. The bed was amazing, we had a very good sleep. The neighborhood was really quiet and the metro station was 5 min walk from us. We were provided with fresh towels, coffee, etc on any day we needed and they even went above and beyond to give us a list with the main attractions in Athens. Will come again anytime time here!

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our vacation, equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. It was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. To top it off, the hosts were very kind, regularly checking in by messages to see if we needed anything. A truly beautiful stay.

Pros: Πεντακαθαρο! Very late check in and very very late check out for free!! Οι οικοδεσποτες για αλλη μια φορα εκαναν τα παντα για να νιωθω σαν στο σπιτι μου! Δε με χρεωσαν για τσεκ-ιν μετα τα μεσανυχτα και ειχαν την ευγενη καλοσυνη επισης να μη με χρεωσουν καθολου για τσεκ-αουτ στις 18:00. Κρεβατι πεντακαθαρο. Τα παντα στην εντελεια!! Πολύ καλη σχεση ποιοτητας τιμης. Super highly recommended!! Τους ευχαριστω πολύ!!!

Pros: 日本の方々へ→本当に素晴らしいお宿です、アテネでも安全な場所、女性1人旅でも安心です。洗濯機からキッチンまで全て完璧な設備なので、暮らすような旅ができますよ✨駅からも、安全な道です。 ・・・・・・・・・・・・・ I had an amazing stay — one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in! The hosts were so kind and always made sure I had everything I needed. They met me for check-in and explained everything clearly. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all modern appliances. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having coffee and basic seasonings was really helpful. There was even detergent for the washing machine! The bed was super comfy with clean linens, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location was great — only 5 minutes from Neos Kosmos station and safe even at night. The Acropolis and city center are close, and it’s easy to get around. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and cafés nearby. I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Εκπληκτική επιλογή !
Pros: Δεν έχουμε λογια να περιγράψουμε την εμπειρία μας σε αυτό το σπίτι. Οτι και να πούμε θα το αδικήσουμε γιατί πραγματικά ήταν όλα άψογα. Συγχαρητήρια για την δουλειά που κάνετε και για το πόσο άξια δίνετε στον επισκέπτη. ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟ σπιτι , άνετο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Μπράβο σας παιδιά!

Pros: Wonderful stay here. ***LOVELY*** hosts and great apartment. The bed was so comfortable that my partner took a photo of the mattress make/model. Metro/bus, souvlaki, bakery and supermarkets all close by.

Pekný byt s dobrou polohou blízkosti metra a električky
Pros: Priestranný byt po peknej zrekonštrukcií, blízko stanice metra Neos Kosmos, (2 zastávky od stanice metra Acropolis) s balkónom do dvora, čistý, útulný, dobre zariadený, pohodlné postele, k dispozicií práčka ( aj s pracími kapsulami) v kuchyni k dispozicií nescafe, nespresso kávovar s kapsulami, čaj, cukor, soľ. Veľmi pozorný, ochotný a nápomocný hostiteľ George nám ukázal napriek neskorému večernému príchodu okolie- obchod, možnosti stravovania, zastávku električky. 1 minúta od bytu pešo vo vedlajšej ulici Dracoulos hore po schodoch nádherný výhlad na Akropolu! Ubytovanie odporúčam kvôli dobrej polohe , čistote a vybaviniu.

Sécurisé et très calme
Pros: George et sa femme sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Sont très serviables. Toujours au moindre petit soins, ce qui est très rare et très appréciable. L'appartement est très propre et bien situé, pas loin d'une bouche de métro et très sécurisé la nuit quand on veut rentrer tard . Tout s'est bien déroulé. Ma famille et moi sommes très contents ! Merci !!
