Great spot in Glyfada. Helpful hosts. Will stay again.

Pros: We were 2 couples. Location was great near our friends and opposite the marina we were sailing from. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Tram into the city across the road.

Highly recommend apartment for those seeking a location, away from Athens old town, to relax.

Pros: Apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and great location ... a short walk to the local beach and shopping area.

Cons: External maintenance of common areas in the building ... whilst this is a community issue, first impressions impact perception of quality.

Best stay in Greece!

Pros: Spacious balcony, comfortable kitchen, everything was clean. The apartment is a minute from the beach, easy to enjoy a cup of coffee on the beach

Pros: The apartment is gorgeous, very stylish, lots of space, with everything you need. The view is nice and the location (nearly) right on the beach, with bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The team is very helpful, friendly and proactive.

The location was perfect. Transportation is very accessible if you know how to use the system.

Pros: It was easy to reach the property management. We needed to enter the property a little earlier than planned. The property manager was able to accommodate us. It was very helpful. Most places I have stayed have a welcome book in a visible location. It often provides useful information such as local activities, menus, or restaurants that are local, or you can have delivery, in this case, transportation other than Uber would have been very helpful because it is located right on the tram and bus lines, information regarding what needs to be done prior to departure. How to operate the washer/dryer. All in all everything was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Easy access to everything we wanted to do from Athens to Vouligameni.

Cons: Everything was as expected. Just take note at the recommendation I made above regarding a welcome book.

Cons: la pulizia dei vetri in generale, le mattonelle delle docce sono estremamente scivolose quando bagnate

Pros: דירה מהממת! נקייה בצורה מושלמת. לא המיקום הכי שקט קו ראשון לים, אבל החלונות אטומים לרעש כך שישנו בשקט מוחלט. יש אבזור מלא במטבח. נהנינו מאוד!

Cons: את הרעש מהכביש ממול. אבל זה לא נורא ברגע שסוגרים חלונות שקט מוחלט בבית.

Wenn es ruhiger wäre, wäre es nahezu perfekt.

Pros: Großzügige, helle, moderne Wohnung. Style hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles da was man braucht.

Cons: Leider ist es recht laut - tagsüber Geräusche von bellenden Hunden, Baugeräusche, Laubbläser, Verkehr auf der Straße direkt vor dem Balkon. Nachts ebenso Straßenverkehr oder auf dem ggü. liegenden Parkplatz, wo jede Nacht gedriftet wurde.
